I almost never give a review. However, I've decided that I am going to YELP.COM, and any other review site and give Red Mccombs Toyota the absolute lowest possible scores. I will tell them how I spent time in the used car office with Ali. Who isn't really familiar with vehicles. How I had to basically do my own research on the used trucks available to find one for that fitsvmy needs. How I submitted an application and explained that Credit acceptance Corp approved me for a loan. How Ali informated me the next day that Credit acceptance Corp denied my application. How I contacted Credit acceptance Corp on 3 Jun 2021 and 4:45 and talked the Mark. How Mark informed me that Red Mccombs Toyota never submitted a deal to them and all. How when I asked about it with Red Mccombs I was told to pick a $15k lesser truck. But all of what Red Mccombs Toyota said was a complete and total fabrication.

We purchased a new Highlander from Red McCombs Toyota. We started with Eddie Nealy over the phone and then met him at the dealership. Actually had fun haggling over our new car and trade-in. Great service from Eddie and an excellent buying experience!

Had a wonderful experience with buying a car. Ali was very helpful with the entire process. I would recommend this place for anyone that is wanting to buy a car.

Our salesman Jose Silva was great! It was pouring rain when we went and he was just so positive and patient with us throughout the whole process. He even took us into the shop bays so we can look over the vehicle carefully without rushing us nor showed any frustration with us at any point. He was polite and courteous. I definitely recommend you go see him if ever interested in pre-owned at Red McCombs Toyota.

Can’t handle a basic oil change, save your money and avoid the headaches. How can’t a dealership not know how to tighten and bolt or a oil filter
