We called to check on the availability of the vehicle we were interested in and we were told it was available for purchase. We drove 3 hours to look at it. When we arrived the sales agent told us “Another buyer put a deposit on the car 3 days ago. Sorry.” Horrible experience!!

Horrible management. I've bought 3 vehicles from them and I decided to return for a 4th. Instead of working with me on my trade in price, they low-balled me completely. Way below kbb or jd power. I will take my business elsewhere. Don't shop here. They will B.S. you with crappy numbers. Would not recommend.

I purchased a 2018 BMW 750i from Universal Auto Plaza for over 40k. The sales person was very nice and the purchase was a great experience. That is where it all ended. I had a problem with the drivetrain within a couple of weeks. I was so glad it was covered by a warranty! Well, except Universal decided not to pay out on the warranty like every other shady business you can imagine. Universal did tell me when I purchased the car that the previous owner hit a pothole and they had to fix some things. Right... they welded a wheel together! I could have died on the highway in this deathtrap! Randy and his bosses will do nothing to resolve any situation you run into, even if it falls under a warranty. Stay as far away from this dealership as you can! WIsh I could provide zero stars. F- - - -

Overall Experience was amazing!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a used car at a very good price. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. You will not get the usual pushy experience here that you may get from other dealerships. Turner worked with my budget and requests to help my family get into the vehicle that we wanted and loved.
