Just a short review let people know about my experience with Jordan Ford and more specifically, Eric Cooper their Account Executive. Eric was very pleasant and attentive and after my 1000 questions, he continued coming back with answers. My wife will be looking for a vehicle in a few years and we will definitely check the inventory at Jordan Ford and, I will certainly ask for Eric!

Not a happy camper🤯
Miserable service, several poor req'd service maintenance on my "premium" plan after we even paid cash in full for my vehicle, and after I addressed issues with Mr. Tower and had no resolve made for my concerns, that I requested face to face after confronting him, politely, with the concerns pertaining to my vehicle needs and maintenance!!!!! Extremely disappointed with the level of interest in making sure an excellent customer is served well at this dealer!!!!! NOT!!!!! "Jordan" Ford located IH-35, just south of Selma Tx. Think before you buy as a premium plan is seemingly not an advantage🥺‼️

Purchased an F-150 6 months ago for roughly $65k
Purchased an F-150 6 months ago for roughly $65k including extended warranty and maintenance. Despite giving their finance manager 3 separate ID and correcting the contract TWICE, the Registration and Ford Credit account came back with my name misspelled. Numerous calls, messages, visits and filled out forms to correct and Ford Credit reports they have not remedied the account nor sent any of the documents to them. This is all after being promised a working in dash trailer brake controller could be installed ‘right away, as soon as tomorrow’. I had to threaten legal action for them to act in that after being lied to that parts were ‘on back order’ I got curious, crossed the parking lot to the parts counter, and guess what—new brake controller in stock. I bought it and presented it to the sales person just for the look on his face of being caught in a lie. I am still going back and forth with Ford Credit who refuses to even call Jordan in any effort to fix their mistake. Who knows what they have reported to the credit agencies—or have not reported. Well, we will find out. Stay tuned for an update and more posts wherever I can make them. If you want a quality vehicle, honest staff that will do whatever is necessary to keep you happy—go elsewhere!! Thanks Jordan, keep up the erroneous work!

Incompetent
Purchased a new F-150 from Jordan. I gave 3 separate ID and corrected the finance manager twice on the correct spelling of my name. The registration, title and finance account all came back with my name misspelled. I bought the truck to tow a car trailer and was told at the time of sale that an in dash brake controller could be installed ‘right away’. The very next day the excuses started. First they ordered the parts and they would be there ‘soon’. Then they were on back order. The next thing was a ‘national shortage’ of parts. Well I got curious, took a stroll over to the pets counter and viola! A new in dash brake controller in stock—what a shock! I had to threaten legal action for misrepresentation and all of a sudden they could fix it rather than taking back the $65k vehicle. Fast forward 6 months and my name is STILL misspelled on the finance account. Ford Credit reports that all of the documents I gave them at the sale AND afterwards to correct have not been sent to them. They even blamed ME for the issue as I signed the contract. I have NEVER had soo much trouble with a dealership in my life, but I guess it’s my fault for choosing Ford, Jordan Ford. I have yet to receive any documented proof from motor vehicles that my registration and title have been corrected. Now, despite numerous calls, voice and email messages and trips to the dealership due to Ford Credits insistence that Jordan had to fix the error, the error has not been fixed and I have to duplicate the entire effort again because Jordan never sent the documentation to Ford Credit. Need a new vehicle from a dealership that genuinely cares about your business—go somewhere else. These guys are about closing the deal and then you are in your own. I challenge them to prove otherwise. I will keep posting the facts to every website that will take them.

Horrible salesmanship
Would not recommend this dealership. I signed paperwork for x amount of dollars and ordered a 2022 ford f350 in January. My truck came in in October and when I went to pick it up they increased the price by $4,700 saying it was due to the manufacturer's increase.I spoke to the manufacturer and they said there was no increase.The sales rep was not willing to honor the original price I signed for.They basically told me I could take it or leave it.I have never dealt with a dealership that wasn't willing to do what it takes to sell me a vehicle.I felt like my hands were tied behind my back and they weren't giving me options.I was given the worst deal ever.with a 800 credit score they gave me a high interest rate,and I still bought the truck. the general sales manager called me when he heard about my complaint ,then proceeded to ask if I would like to sell my truck back to them.All in all this dealership was very unprofessional and shady.Theyre letting customers place orders ,then increasing the price once they come in,in hopes that the customer will back out of the deal so they can make profit from a sale.

Extremely Bad Service Department
I have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership in their service department. I have had my TPMS Sensor fault more than 30 times (same tire) according to my ford pass app and vehicle dashboard. I have had to schedule 3 separate appointments over a period of time, and they kept doing the same time; just retraining all four tires, and then they told me there is nothing more they can do since light goes away. I am still under my bumper to bumper warranty, however they failed to replace the tire sensor. Being that it is a safety concern that I can no longer continue to drive with, I managed to get it replaced with a tire shop. It ended up being a bad battery. Jordan Ford Service Director then stated, "since I went outside of Ford I have voided my sensor warranty now". "Unbelievable". I would not never recommend this dealership to any family or friends. Please stay away from this place and try to find a more customer oriented Ford dealer.

Service Department
I have been trying to get a hold of the Service Manager -Roy regarding paperwork I turned in regarding refund on an egr filter replacement I paid for on my 2012 F-350 Diesel truck. Received a recall letter in the mail from Ford and “Roy” made copies of the letter and the Jordan Ford Bill. He told me he would submit it to Ford and would be getting back in touch with me. I have tried calling several times and keep getting the run around. I have talked to the Sales Manager because “Roy” was out and going to return Monday of this week and he would leave a note for “Roy.” Heard nothing so I called on Tuesday and left another voicemail. Called again on Wednesday and receptionist said he was unavailable but she text him and he would get back to me soon. Heard nothing so I called again today and was on hold for 20 minutes and mysteriously was disconnected. Called back requesting to talk to another manager and was sent to a voicemail. Will not return.

Took my 2014 Ford Escape in since the car was thumping while accelerating at high speeds; told by Autozone using their free diagnostic that my Wastegate Solenoid needed replacing. Jordan Ford, once they heard my story, (including the free diagnostic) took the car on a Tuesday, returning it three days later on Friday. Mechanic who handled the car was Robert Helgerman. However, the next day (Saturday), the same thumping happened under the exact same circumstances as before, which meant that the car wasn't fixed. When I asked for either a refund or a free service, the service representative Emily explain to me that, because Autozone's diagnostic was unreliable, Ford wasn't able to either refund the service or offer a free repair. She explained that Autozone's service didn't accurately diagnose the car, which meant that the information Ford received from me (and by extension Autozone) was inaccurate; this meant that, in order to "properly diagnose the car," I'd need to pay $189 in addition to the original $355 repair that was "inaccurate." It also technically "cleared" Jordan Ford of fault. This left me with three questions: 1. If Autozone's diagnostic was inaccurate, why didn't someone say something when I first explained the situation, but was only told of the bad diagnostic AFTER I paid Jordan Ford? 2. If Autozone's diagnostic was inaccurate, why didn't they offer their own test before accepting my car based on an "inaccurate" diagnostic? 3. Why did Robert fulfill the customer request instead of probing himself and discovering that my request was inaccurate? This story is akin to a sick patient walking into a doctor's office, requesting Ibuprofen. Instead of asking probing questions and realizing that Ibuprofen isn't the cause of the issue, the doctor gives the patient Ibuprofen; when the patient later returns complaining that the Ibuprofen hasn't worked, another doctor replies, "you can pay me more money to diagnose your problem for you." Please avoid Jordan Ford's Service Section; this experience frustrated and disappointed me, and I will neither use Jordan Ford again nor recommend them to friends, family, and work colleagues.

I have been buying vehicles from Jordan Ford for over 15
I have been buying vehicles from Jordan Ford for over 15 years now and have never had an issue or a bad salesman. John McDonald was my latest salesman and in today's world it's very difficult to buy a vehicle online versus on the lot. He was with me through the whole process we spoke on his days off and late evenings. We also shared pictures of our kids cars and had great conversations of our kids. He made me feel supported through the entire process which was a long one. One day while I was there to visit John my old salesman walked up to me shook my hand asked me how I was doing and was very professional as he was when he sold me one of my trucks. It is good to feel welcome and cared about in today's process of ordering a vehicle online and John did an outstanding job thank you

Parts department very rude if you can even get them to
Parts department very rude if you can even get them to answer. Then they will give you a false name. Brian doesnt work here. That part is not available. I had to call 3 times to get a quote on a part and to see if it was available. Very rude. Got there, part was not available and of course Brian doesn’t work here. Cant give you my money. I will go elsewhere….

Not sure what happened but the service has gone downhill....
Not sure what happened but the service has gone downhill. Took my truck in for some warranty and non-warranty repairs. The service advisor was extremely rude. Gave me an off the top of her head estimate for the non-warranty work. Was very high. Then she told me that since i did not have an appointment there was nothing they could do. Was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks before they could look at it. So, I went to another Dealership and had all issues resolved in 3 days and the cost of the non-warranty repair was 1\3 of the cost quoted by Jordan. Then I need an oil change on the wife's car. Made an appointment for the service. An hour and a half past my appointment time they hadn't even pulled the car in. Got the keys back and went to another Dealership. Didn't have an appointment but the service was completed in less time than I spent sitting at Jordan. I have always taken my vehicles to Jordan for service. Don't think I will be returning in the future.

I purchased a used F150 from this dealership and my experience was very positive from start to finish. I dealt with sales associate Julio Martinez. Julio was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I live in Katy Texas so the majority of our negotiations we completed over the phone with the support of Julio’s manager David T. To complete the deal, I drove from Katy to San Antonio. They purchased my existing vehicle at a fair price, and I drove back to Katy in my beautiful F150. Thanks Julio for a very positive car buying experience.

My wife and I just purchased a new Ford Explorer from...
My wife and I just purchased a new Ford Explorer from Jordan Ford. We have purchased several cars in the last few years and to be honest I hate buying new cars. Although I just want to say how awesome my buying experience was at Jordan Ford. They let us test drive a used car because they did not have a new Bronco in stock. After test driving we decided to not purchase that model and then test drove the Explorer, which we liked a lot more. Veronica Arizpe was our sales rep and she was Awesome! She was very helpful and not pushy at all. She made sure my wife picked the color and model she wanted. The car arrived at the dealership on Thursday and Veronica came in on her day off to get the vehicle prepared for the following morning. (that is dedication!) Once we arrived the process went very smooth. The manager took care of us and we did not feel pressured to purchase any add-ons (which most dealerships push down your throat!) I just want to say how easy the entire process was and how awesome Veronica and her manager was.

Bait and switch
Looking for a F250, found the color I was looking for and started the negotiation process via phone and email. Provided my xplan pin, got a signed purchase order . I came back with Farm Bureau incentive and a counter offer. The next day I get the following response “ starting today Jordan Ford is no longer participating in xplan pricing and all of our super duties are listed at Mary”. This is from one day to another and after recieving a signed purchase order with xplan. Crappy business practice

HOTSHOTS AND DIESEL DRIVERS STAY AWAY!!!
THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. DONT BRING YOUR DIESELS HERE FOR SERVICE ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO HOTSHOTING FOR WORK . So I SCHEDULED SERVICE ON MY 2016 f350 . I HAD A ISSUE WITH THE TRUCK SHUTTING OFF AND WOULD NOT TURN ON FOR A EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME . SO I TALKED WITH PEDRO AND ASKED IF THEY HAD DIESIL MECHANICS ON HAND TO LOOK AT MY TRUCK . HE STATED THEY HAD CERTIFIED MECHANICS FOR THE TRUCK . SO I DROPPED IT OFF AND TOLD THEM THE ISSUE AND ASKED THEM TO THROUGHLY GO THROUGH THE TRUCK BECAUSE WE CANT AFFORD TO HAVE ISSUES . SO THEY DID CAME BACK WITH A 1700 AND CHANGE BILL FOR MAINTENANCE AND I APPROVED IT BECAUSE I WANTED NO DOUBT THAT THE TRUCK WOULD BE RUNNING PROPERLY. THET STATED THE ISSUE THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND WAS PROBABLY DUE TO IT BEING IN THE COLD CLIMATE . SO I WENT BACK TO WORK AND THE FIRST LOAD I WENT TO PICK UP THE TRUCK SHUT OFF . SO I HAD TO CANCEL A $2200 LOAD . TRUCK FINALLY STARTED . I DROPPED THE TRUCK BACK OFF AND EVERY TIME I CALLED OVER THE COURSE OF A COUPLE DAYS I GAT A THEY ARE ALMOST DONE AND WILL CALL YOU IN A LITTLE BIT . FINALLY GOT A CALL FROM PERDO AND SAID THAT THEY REPLACED A RELAY FOR THE FUEL SYSTEM ( I COULD TELL BY HIS VOICE HE WAS LYING ) . 170 AND CHANGE . ARRIVED ON SITE AND TALKED TO HIS SUPERVISOR JAMES . AND ASKED IF THEY HAD IT FIXED OR IF THEY WERE THROWING PARTS AT IT TO SHUT ME UP AND GET RID OF ME . HE STATED WELL THE CODE THE TRUCK HAD WAS FOR THAT OR THE FUEL PUMP . I NEVER GOT ASKED IF I WANTED TO CHANGE THE FUEL PUMP . ALL I WANTED WAS A GOOD RUNNING TRUCK . O I DROVE THE TRUCK FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK TO SEE IF IT HAD A ISSUE . PICKED UP A LOAD TO MICHIGAN 1500 miles . DROPPED MY LOAD AND TRUCK WOULDNT START . SAME ISSUE . I CONTACTED FORD IN MICHIGAN THERE DIESEL TECHS ARE SCHEDULES 2 WEEKS OUT . I HAD MY TRUCK AND 40’ GOOSENECK TOWED TO A LOCAL DIESEL SHOP . HAD TO CANCEL 2 SCHEDULED LOADS FOR 5000k COMBINED NOT COUNTING THE MONAY ON A ROOM . LOCAL SHOP FOUND BLATANT ISUUE WITHIN THE HOUR . TRUCK IS STILL IN THIS SHOP AS I TYPE. CALLED JORDAN FORD AND THE SERVICE MANAGER ROY SAID WELL IT MADE IT TO MICHIGAN . xxx THATS A GOOD ANSWER . I TOLD THEM I USE THIS TRUCK TO MAKE MONEY . AND THEY THINK ITS OK AS LONG AS IT MAKES IT OFF THIER LOT THEY DID A GOOD JOB . I DOUBT THEY DID ANYTHING TO MY TRUCK AT ALL. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID AND DONT USE THIS COMPANY TO WORK ON YOUR TRUCKS . THEY DONT HAVE MECHANICS THEY HAVE PARTS CHANGERS AND HOPE THEY FIX IT , ONE OTHER THING ROY SAID WAS WELL WE CHANGE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE THING ANG GO FROM THERE . Paid for service that wasn't provided
I scheduled an appt to drop off my truck for a check engine light, oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. I cancelled the engine light diagnostic after getting no info on its status even after following the text protocols that they ask you to use. Was told the truck was complete and ready to pick up 4 days after dropping it off. I had marked my tires prior to dropping the vehicle off... they didn't do the tire rotation although the bill says they did it. No faith/trust in this place to do whats right.
