Car Repairs

Incredibly responsive. Car was towed to their service center around 2:30 pm. All the work was completed by 5:00 pm. AND they provide valet delivery of my car!

RippedOff

DON'T TRUST THEM! I've bought 3 used cars from them. Two had serious manufacturer's defects. An '04 530 had a known transmission defect causing the car to stop, so I had to get rid of it with just 59k mi. They just sold me an '06 Mercedes E350 with a serious engine defect that will cost me about $5k to fix. My salesman was JUDE. BEWARE.

Great service! Great team ! The service provided by Petr Mastny was excellent. Was rapid, cordial and very attentive to my needs. My only recommendation to all the people working there is to use masks! Very important to stop the spread of the virus. Thanks

Abed is a great consultant!

quick and easy service visit

Service rep met me as I pulled inside the air conditioned garage entry. She had my service information from my appointment request and quickly talked through the options. She escorted me to the loaner desk and I was soon on my way as the dealership inspected the car. I got a call about 2 hours later explaining the diagnosis and outlining my service options. I gave my authorization for the selected repairs and received another call when the work was complete along with a text from the service department. Drop-off of the loaner and pickup of my repaired car was similarly smooth.

Second Opinion

A previous dealer told me the motor on my convertible top was dead and could not be replaced. Mark was amazing and not only got the top fixed but sent me a video to demonstrate what to do if the top got stuck. First class service!
