Well the car was okay but inside 40 days the the transmission starts banging in low gear then the car over heats and the alarm going off all night to top that off get to dealer and can't get a loaner After buying a super expensive warranty because out of the whole dealership only one person can sign and he's not in right now so its uber home NO car and can't go to work when i should've been covered.

Deceptive
Deceptive practices here. The vehicle was listed on cars.com for $52,650. When I contacted the dealer they told me the price was over $54,000 and that it was an error. when I asked about a military discount I was told It was unavailable to veterans. After realizing that he was wrong, the salesman told me I needed to get it from Ford myself. When I asked about a discount through the company I work for, they said no incentives were available.

Great Communication
I have been looking everywhere for that perfect one-of-a-kind truck that no one else has. Searched everywhere in NJ and Pa with no luck. I was told about cars.com and came across an amazing truck and started the communication process with their sales team. From start to finish, I never felt rushed or pressured. I took the 2-hour drive to MD and drove home in my new truck. Everyone there was super friendly, and I would def recommend them. I believe the guy who helped me was Mr. Johnson.

Great service/Great Selection
I was randomly shopping around for an oil change service in the area and called this dealership’s service department. I was hesitant as I don’t have a Ford/Lincoln but the website stated it services all makes and models. Spoke with person in their quicklane department and he seemed hesitant but said “yes” they could service the vehicle. Received reasonable price quote however oil change services are only done on a “first come first serve basis” and they don’t allow for appointments. Unfortunately my schedule doesn’t allow me to be dependent on a shop that I can’t make an appointment and it would have been an inconvenience work and schedule wise for me to get the work done there. I did call another time for a sales question and inquiry and their salesperson Jess was very friendly and accommodating. Inventory that they show online seemed to be accurate and in stock on their lot!

I was in the middle of a deal, agreed to pay the listed price, ran my credit, I was approved, and then they tell me that someone else just bought the car in the middle of my deal. "Hey, you're approved, but sorry, we sold out to someone else". Even though I started my deal first, did a hard pull on my credit, their response was "sorry, nothing we can do". I've purchased over 50 cars and never had this happen to me before.
