    They said they were to busy to check the code for my car that was bright in on a tow truck. Just check the code so I know what's going on and you can order the parts. Not impressed. They have zero idea how to handle things.

    WORST DEALERSHIP I EVER experienced. Don't do or honor what they say , noone wants to do their job. The used car department MANAGERS are the WORST no call backs try to do cheap, bad repairs not even helpful. In 6 months this is the 4th person I'm in contact with about my repairs & you wonder why it's been 6 months the other 3 are no longer with company humn ? Repairs was finally done and wasn't even fixed properly (cheap patch job) and still getting the RUN-AROUND . ABSOLUTELY THE WORST (F+)

    I bought a car with them on Memorial Day and that process seemed to go well though I still think that I did not receive nearly the amount for my trade-in that I could have gotten on my own, but that's the price of convenience right? After the fact of buying the car is when things have gone downhill. I have out of state plates since I don't live in Maryland full time and so they took it upon themselves to register my car as new instead of transfer my old plates. When asked about this they said it is not their job to do that unless I tell them to. They are the professionals and I believe it is their job to give me the options that are available to me. I then asked to talk to someone higher up about the issue as my DMV said they should be able to handle the refund process. I have left multiple voicemails (with Eric) with no response and the gal in charge of plates and tags (Jennifer) said she removed my plates from the mail pile so they didn't get sent until this was sorted. Well they just showed up at my house yesterday and STILL no call back. You would think that a company you spend thousands of dollars at would have the decency to return your phone call. They also never told me WHERE to pay my bill until I went to the dealer in person to file some paperwork. It seems like they are happy to cut corners and as a new car buyer I may have been naive to think they would be forthcoming and help me by telling me my options and really explaining the process... I was wrong. If you are a first time car buyer I highly suggest going elsewhere with your business.
