I could not have been happier with my experience with Bob Davidson Ford over the weekend. The entire visit I felt like I was talking to a friend about a car I wanted to buy rather than a sales person. My salesman, Amani, was prompt, kind, laid back and straight forward. I was so nervous going in after hearing so many car-buying horror stories, but Amani was amazing! I never in my wildest dreams would have thought buying a new car would be so easy. I went back and forth at least a dozen times on financing options and trade values but they worked with me and never made me feel pressured or rushed in any regard. I felt free to make my own decisions and they were fair in negotiations. There was a little bit of a wait to get into the signing, and they offered to buy us lunch while we waited! Now THAT is Wow-Factor Customer Service! I hope to have my Fiesta for many, many years, but I will definitely be coming back to (and referring friends to) Bob Davidson. They made me a Ford Girl for life! THANK YOU!

I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer from Andre Harrison at Bob Davidson Ford. Using Cars.com, we found that Bob Davidson had the best price on the low-mileage vehicle we wanted. As it was a used car, a few things were missing, including the Navigation card, but I got an IOU for that and it was delivered to my home a few days after I took the vehicle home. They negotiated in good faith and came through with a deal, including value for my trade-in, that we could feel good about, and Andre even went out of his way to purchase me an Owner's Manual off the web and mailed it personally to my house. Sometimes it's the little things that count. Would definitely work with Andre and Bob Davidson Ford again.

My experience with Bob Davidson Ford was amazing. I consider myself a high needs consumer and the staff (especially Andre and Nat) were not only friendly and accommodating, they were understanding and supportive with all of my needs and requests :) I felt like we were on the same team, working towards the same goal- which was finding me the right car! Not a typical experience when going to a car dealership! After exploring many options I ended up leasing a new Ford Focus and I couldn't be more happier with my car. Thanks Bob Davidson Ford!

I had been shopping for a new car for around a month visiting 10 or so new and used car dealers. Out of all of these, this one was the best. From the already low price (almost 7,000 off of MSRP), to the willingness to work with us on the trade, to the polite and reasonable way they handled the negotiation these guys are top notch. I recommend both Andre and Steve as both were helpful and seemed to really want us to be happy. Ooverall, I will be recommending this place to everyone I hear needs a new car.

Dealt with a very personable sales rep, Andre Harrison. We didn't make his job too easy I am afraid, but he dealt with us in a professional manner and after some time we were able to drive away with a very nice Focus Hatchback .....

Worked with Andre Harrison and Natt Fiumara and I could not have had a better experience. Car buying should always be this seamless and simple. My experience with the dealership was fantastic. My wife and I came into dealership for one vehicle in particular. When we entered the place we were greeted with a warm smile from the nice lady in the front. And even though the dealership was very busy and we had to wait, they constantly reminded us that they had not forgotten about us. The sales rep who helped us was very friendly and did not try to pressure us into purchasing a vehicle we did not want. We went to another dealership after leaving Bod Davidson and the experience was totally the opposite. The great customer service and affordable price is what sold us on our vehicle.
