I arrived as soon as they opened to buy a used F150. After we looked the truck over and began discussing the details with our salesperson, Brian Lewis,... he told us there was an extra $1100 in fees on the truck over the advertised price. I understand dealers have standard fees but we wanted a breakdown and explanation of what each fee was and instead Brian got angry and began arguing with us. Instead of explaining them he began yelling at us that he does not make the fees and they are what they are. I went and found a manager and as I was trying to explain the situation, Brian came over and began arguing with us again. The manager sent us to the waiting area and Brian came back, half apologized, and said " sorry I got mad but come on guys." I've never had a sales person get angry yet alone yell over a simple explanation of prices. It is a shame as we would of purchased if not for your poor sales staff.

Not sure this is normal business for them but Kristina had to be ask by another coworker to get off of her xxx and assist me.After looking at a new F-150... and getting mine appraised for trade in I went home and spoke with Kristina on the phone so she could gather some more info. It's day 2 and haven't heard back. Even if a deal could not have been made at least call me... I guess nobody told her to get off of her xxx to call.. Just terrible service. I'll go back to C Harper... Thank you!
Not satisfied with overall purchase experience. Salesperson was great, however General Manager did not care if I was completely satisfied.

Matt DeBerry is a liar and conman. Avoid at all costs. We had agreed on a trade in price for my car and even shook on it. When we went to do the paperwork... he took $500 off and reneged on our agreement. He’s your typical xxxxxxx car salesman.

Wrote a review based on my last visit to Solomon ford. The title says bad service after the sale, so just to clarify this for Greg, service as in sales... and customer service and not your service department. Anyway received a call from Greg today concerning some things that they promised to do with the vehicles I purchased. Everything was fine until he realized that I was the person who gave them a bad review due to them lying to me about what they were going to do to resolve a issue. Was told by Greg if your going to give us a bad review then we don’t want to service you. So if you receive bad service or they have lied to you then you better just keep it to yourself because constructive criticism or just speaking your mind if it’s something bad isn’t allowed at this dealership. Also any thing you find wrong with your vehicle that they promise to fix get pictures and have it in writing. Greg said he didn’t want my business and his wish is granted. Hope you enjoy this review also Greg. Oh and yes I am calling ford first thing Monday morning, like you said how you don’t care if I call ford, remember!

Where to even begin?! Kristina Bendel is truly a gem. She definitely bent over backwards to get me into the Solomon family as well as the Ford family.... She stayed late when I wasn't sure about my decision and needed a second look, she took the time to explain the features, and also took the time to show me around the dealership. I have never purchased a car where it wasn't completely stressful until now. Kristina should train other sales teams on how to make these transactions fun again! Everyone else at Solomon from the GM to the finance manager were all very friendly and helpful, explaining each step in great detail. I will definitely be team Solomon for life!
Got a car off them that had messed up paint. They made me go to one of there body shops and they painted it making it look 10x worse. Long story short... they ended up painting it 8 times before i decided to get a lawyer. Luckily that side of my car was hit and was fixed and painted the correct way. If it werent for that it probably would have never got fixed. The GM is ignorant as xxxx and will only give you the vibe of being nice to get a sale. Dont buy from this place.
I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 from Solomon Ford. My salesperson was Kristina and she was great. After leaving the dealership, I noticed that the radio would... shut off every 3 minutes then reboot and come back on for another 3 minutes. It continually did this for the 2.5 hour ride back home. I called Solomon Ford and spoke with the General Manager Greg Solomon. Greg agreed for me to take the truck to my local Ram dealer and have it diagnosed at Solomon Ford's expense. Greg assured me that the problem would be taken care of. I took the truck to my local Ram dealer 2 times to get the diagnosis. It ended up being the radio itself was losing power every 3 minutes and needed to be replaced. Greg stayed true to his words and paid the local Ram dealer and replaced the radio. I have great respect for Greg and all of the Solomon Ford staff because they honored what they said they would do. In today's world you don't find many people that follow through with what they say, but Greg followed through exactly as he stated. I love the truck. THANKS Greg for being a stand up guy.
I was completely satisfied to the point that my wife, Carol sent the sales person, Kristina Bendel, flowers for her excellent service. You could not ask... for a more cooperative person.
