Every on was so friendly from the moment we walked through the door. We were greeted almost immediately. I do have to admit the processing of the papers for us to sign took longer that I thought it would.

Was told when I bought my car I could bring it to any van
Was told when I bought my car I could bring it to any van horn throughout the state. I called the stoughton location to get service done as my car is having some transmission issues and they are telling me I have to go out of my way 2 hours to a separate dealer to get it fixed. It’s frustrating to be promised one thing and then when time comes to get it done I’m told another. No one would give me time to explain what is going on and they would just transfer me around to other managers because no one had an answer for me. I wouldn’t take my car hear as they all sounded like they have no clue what is going on or how to run a dealership. I work in the industry as a sales technician and this is a terrible way to communicate with a customer. I will never be going back to this location and will be making a call to corporate tomorrow about my situation.

I can't say enough about the comfortable and efficient
I can't say enough about the comfortable and efficient experience we had purchasing our vehicle through Van Horn of Stoughton. I will be quite frank in saying I am not a fan of small talk during business transactions, which our sales person, Ryan Acker, was able to pick up on. He was helpful, listened to what we wanted (and didn't want), and had a great sense of humor. Even though I am not a fan of small talk, my mom is, and he made her happy with his personality and professionalism as well. Not an easy task to please us both. Not your typical pushy salesman, but made us feel quite relaxed. In addition, the Sales Manage - I believe it was Donald McCosky took time to meet with us and added to our great experience. The team is very personable. Their prices are really exceptional. I am so appreciative of the updated features my vehicle has that would not have been available anywhere else at this price. The speed with which they got us through the purchase process was a bonus. My Dad commented on how quickly they had gotten us through, which was the best time he had ever had for buying a vehicle. We will definitely be sending along recommendations to any family or friends in the market for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram. Thank you Van Horn - your service was perfection!
