new car

I just bought a new 2019 RDX and it's awesome!! Thanks to Holly. She did a great job listening to my needs and wants. I appreciate her and the staff there. I will be referring all my friends and family.

First Acura

They a sales people, and then they are sales people. Until you find the right one you are not fully sold. Sam Melki definitely have the charisma and quality of presenting a product! He is a fine young man with a great sense for business. I definitely see a bright future ahead of him. He has been a great help during the process and our visits after that. I would highly recommend his help . I couldn't be happier with his level of service, honesty and knowledge . Thank you Sam and thank you McGrath Acura.

Buyer beware! Sold me a car with a bad gear shaft

Bought car in Nov 2018/returned next day for repairs/renewed license in Dec/plates still in dealer name/not,corrected after 5 days of calls

Surprised my Dealership Expectations

Once you go to a few dealers you start to see a trend of how they just want to sell you a car. This was one of my last three places on my list to visit but it easily became my last. The salesman, Bryan Garcia I believe, was extremely helpful and broke away from that role of a pushy salesman. He answered all my questions and made me really feel like he actually cared I left happy. For all future car purchases I will definitely be coming to Bryan first for help before anyone else. I could have hoped for a better experience.

Internet buyer beware

very disappointed. Vehicle was not as advertised, and after finding damage that was not disclosed upfront brought manager into discussion. Manager was impatient, uncooperative and bordering on rude. I would recommend being very cautious to anyone that plans to buy a used vehicle from this dealer.

Honest, Friendly, and Informative

While browsing for a new ILX I spoke with Tony Vukosavljevic and was extremely satisfied in his friendly, honest, and informative approach to helping me in my search. I will be considering all my options and definitely will be visiting Tony again when I'm ready to make a purchase.

Great experience

Went in looking for a car and the person who helped me was Kanton Drew. He really worked with me. I told him the price I was working with, but my credit had me needing a co signer

Shopping for a new car!

I posted a review on Goggle and decided to post a review here to let all the people know this is the BEST dealership I have EVER dealt with! My salesman was Guillermo and he made sure he met my expectations all the way! He made sure I picked out my own vehicle, and the features I wanted! I spoke with Noble, Abel, and Randy (Management) they MADE SURE I was 100% satisfied with my purchase! GREAT TEAM!!!!!!! Every step of the way they were 100% engaged. Thank you team!

Awesome experience!

This was my first time buying a car so I wasn’t really sure what to do. The person that helped me was Bryan Garcia. He was honest and trustworthy which I appreciate since I am new to all of this. I just graduated from college so I felt like he understood where I was coming from. Even though I wasn’t able to buy the car at the moment I know that when I’m ready I can go back to Bryan.
