Went to get tires rotated which was done correctly. They were supposed to to reattach that was covering a part underneath the car beside the tire that has previous fell off. First, they forgot to reattach it even though it was left in the front seat of my car for them to see it. After having my tires rotated, I’ve been driving my car for several days and noticed something was underneath my car. Upon further investigation, I realize that they were too zip ties. They used zip ties in order to reattach that piece instead of putting it in four corners they only put it in two corners. Not only did they use zip ties but they also did not cut the extra length of the zip ties. They left it underneath my car. Which is unacceptable and unprofessional I was embarrassed, and I cannot believe that a dealership would use zip ties in order to fix something first off. Then leave the evidence to be dragging underneath my car. Then only put it in two corners instead of all four corners to keep the piece on. I do not even have any idea of how that would be acceptable or appropriate. I will tell you, Keith in the sales department is amazing. I reached out to him and told him what happened and shown him. Pictures in he could not believe what he saw and he responded, apologizing for the work that they did. That’s why Keith will always be the person I talk to you in sales and if I ever buy another car would be him that I go to.

Hello Candice McDonald - Thank you for your recent vehicle service visit to our Xpress vehicle maintenance department. We're sorry to learn that you have these continuing concerns with your vehicle. In researching the service notes, we find that our technicians did not have all of the parts needed to properly secure the under vehicle shield which had become dislodged. Apparently, some of the mounting hardware was lost when this panel came loose. The repairs provided were an attempt to temporarily reattach this panel. What we should have done was assess the situation, identify the missing pieces and offered you a complete repair solution to properly reattach this piece. We will apologize that this did not happen. Please be expecting a call from our Xpress Service Drive Mgr - Chris Short - to correctly address this concern. We are confident that with Chris' involvement we will be able to provide a proper repair. FYI - Chris can be reached directly by calling: 512-681-3195.
