my wife and I bought a Silverado from your dealership Saturday November 16. Phillip Davis was our salesman and he was very helpful and professional. He had a lot of stories to tell us and we enjoyed them all. it took awhile so we walked around the dealership and everyone was very nice and cordial to us. you really have a great team. When it was time to sign the paperwork Noemi Armenta was also very helpful and professional. We have always bought chevrolets form Chuck Nash in San Marcos, now you have stole one of their long time customers. When we get ready to buy again we will come see Phillip,

The Service Department has managed to damage my car and
The Service Department has managed to damage my car and diminish its value each time I brought it in for service. At this point, I’m just grateful to be alive. At least they proved my original concerns correct! It’s astounding how Service Advisors and the service manager conveniently disappear each time I arrive to pick up the car—nowhere to be found! The seamless act of dodging responsibility between the dealership and GM deserves a standing ovation. I’ve taken my car in four times for the same issues, spanning 25 days at the dealership. Not only did they puncture two of my tires (one replaced, the other merely patched), but they also managed to worsen the initial problem—a steering shudder—which led to a coolant leak into the engine spark plug tube, causing the ignition coil to short out. Following these "repairs," the AC now blows hot air, a dent mysteriously appeared on the roof, the hood and fender were returned misaligned, the radio continues to malfunction, and the rear camera either switches to a fisheye view or stays on even when driving forward. Yet, somehow, all of this is considered "within GM's standards"

Hello Ms. Szuster - It is unfortunate that your newer vehicle has developed these various, unrelated issues requiring diagnosis and repairs. We will celebrate with you that the warranty supplied by the manufacturer (General Motors) has covered the needed repairs for verifiably compromised component s. After reviewing the service notes, we find where the majority of your concerns to date have been intermittent at best and therefore are proving to be difficult to reproduce, isolate and correct. We fully realize that intermittent vehicle concerns can be frustrating, so it's for this reason that we are fully committed to working with our guests towards finding the ultimate solution. Logan and Emily were great! They were honest about what we could expect, they were upfront, and they were quick! I've never had such a simple buying experience. David in financing was great too and was super helpful in explaining everything and answering all my questions. Overall it was a great experience and I'm glad we went with Don Hewlett Chevrolet.

Setting up appointment and check in was very easy and thorough. Kaitlyn was very focused on me and my car needs. Driver was pleasant and timely returning me home. Unlike many places where you pick up your car from the cashier; Don Hewlett Service was set up so that Kaitlyn was still there and she walked me through the service(s) performed; called for my car to be delivered to the porte cochere, and directed me to the cashier. My Corvette was delivered with seat and floor covered/protected - treating my car even better than at home. I highly recommend Don Hewlett service.
