I would recommend this dealership with my co-international nurses. I am new here in Austin and I have no idea how to buy a car. The help that Mac Haik gave me during my visit was prime, I know how to turn on the engine of my car but that's about it. Sully explained all features of my Ford Maverick which Charity secured for me. It took me long while to find this car. Most dealership doesn't have this car available on the lot due high demand. Olga, Mr. Saza and Mr Lynn were accommodating made sure that I am provided the best assistance. I'm very grateful I have Mac Haik as my first dealership.

Manager Sivia was a pleasure to deal with. Straightforward, no bull. Jeremy showed me the car and the paperwork was quick and easy. I was skeptical at first but they put me right at ease. I would definitely recommend seeking these two gentlemen out for your next car purchase.

Fantastic

Everyone was very helpful and the service to my Lincoln was excellent. Robert was the absolute best rep I have had there. I just moved here from NYC and the service here is as good and maybe better.

Poor Customer Service

I set up an appointment on the web in Mid June with the earliest available appointment in mid July. I got no additional confirmation other than the web confirmation that I printed out. When arriving on the day and the correct time, I was told they had no record of my appointment. When I showed the very disinterested person the printout he responded "Oh you made the appointment on the web. That never works" So he said I should call and make an appointment over the phone. Not a "well lets see if we can squeeze you in or anything" Not an apology...nothing. I also had scheduled a oil change and state inspection. He said I could go to the fast lane and get that done. The "FAST LANE" took 2.5 hours. VERY FAST. I will never buy a car there again...Because of the "Service"

Sivia Sasa, Art Espinosa, Rene, and Dustin made it easy

These guys gave me no pressure whatsoever. My lease was nearing the end and I went to turn it in. They did not push me to lease or buy another one. when I asked what they would do with my car, they said I could buy it if I wanted to and thats what I did. Financed the remainder since my MKX was a great vehicle.
