Everything went so well, I have absolutely no complaints! Rene C. was amazing! I was in a time crunch and he had everything ready to go so the transaction was super fast. Jose in financing was also great. Rene helped me on the Saturday prior to the Monday that I was able to get the vehicle and he was over the top friendly, helpful and accommodating. I bought my past Ford at a different location in San Antonio, and I was beyond please that Rene and his team were a hundred times more efficient and knowledgeable. I've recommended anyone who has complimented my new vehicle that if they're looking to get one too, they definitely need to give Rene C. a call at Mac Haik. I live about 1.5 hours from this location, but would gladly go there again if needed instead of risking a hassle or bad experience at a closer dealership.

I have been taking my Ford Escape Hybrid to Mak Haik...
I have been taking my Ford Escape Hybrid to Mak Haik Service Department and Quick Lube since I bought it 10 years ago. The level of service has steadily declined. If I had another choice of Ford mechanic near me in Round Rock, I would 100% go there. This last week my hybrid battery died, which is a super rare occurrence. Had it towed to Mak Haik on Monday. They were so busy they didn’t even look at until Wednesday. Finally they told me the hybrid battery was dead, and they would try to recharge it. This was alarming to me, I asked what caused it, they just said I need to drive the car more. I work from home, so I don’t drive it that much, but it doesn’t sit for weeks either. I drive it a couple times a week. There was no explanation as to why this suddenly happened, so I have no confidence that it won’t happen again. The car wasn’t ready until end of day on Friday. I went to pick it up at the Quick Lane department. Was ignored when I walked in, despite there being no one in the lobby. Finally was asked what I needed. Told them I was there to pick up my car. I was given the paperwork and asked if I had any questions. As my Service Rep had already left for the day, I said no. Was given the $1700 total, I paid, and then they gave me the key. And that was it. No thank you or anything else. I was surprised, as they usually pull the car to the front for me. I asked where the car was. The customer service person said it’s should be somewhere in the middle row of the parking lot. That was all. So I went out, walked the lot until I found my car, and it was filthy. It had been left out in the rain all week, and since it was sunny that day, all the mud and grime was baked on. For $1700 I didn’t even get the car pulled around for me or even a car wash. They are so busy now I guess they don’t care if they lose a customer or two. And like I said, our options are slim anyway. I have to say, they have never given me a car wash after service like many dealerships do. But after having my car a week, leaving it out uncovered, and returning it to me dirty, I would have thought this time they should have done it. All in all, very unhappy with my experience. If you have another option, go there instead. Mak Haik always sends customer service surveys, but as it keeps getting worse, they clearly only do that for show.

Not the same Quick Lane Service I had experienced over...
Not the same Quick Lane Service I had experienced over the last 15 years. Have purchased six new vehicles at Mac Haik, had them all serviced ONLY at Quick Lane. Always got first class and rated service in one day. Now need an appointment, need to leave the vehicle and have to call to see when it maybe ready, staying on hold for long periods. When picked up, found grease hand prints on steering wheel, driver side door and glove compartment. Hope thing get back to normal soon.
