    I have been dealing with Tony Robertson. He has been very easy to contact by email and by phone. He is one of the very few people to give me an Out the Door price when asked. He did that when I asked for and Outback price and on the Forester.. I have been dealing with 7 dealerships and he provided the best pricing of all of them. Our particular vehicle is in transit as no one in Washington has one in stock.. Once we said OK we now have the VIN number and paperwork ready with our Credit Union when the vehicle arrives.

    My goal was to buy a car over my 3 day weekend a couple weeks ago. (I was trading in my car) I had a great experience working with Donielle Tarsi. However, there was an issue with the title and get the lein, which caused a week long delay in being able to actually sign and drive away with my car. This caused a lot of inconveniences for me and it would have said a lot if the dealership had knocked off a few dollars on my car, or through in a few free oil changes or something. While everyone was very nice, the frustration and inconveniences caused by this experience unfortunately deeply tainted my experience buying at Carter.

    I'd like to echo what Bill Taraday said about working with Brittany New. She's incredible! We came in to test drive the Subaru Forester, and was quickly impressed at her wealth, and depth of knowledge. Once she understood my priorities, she made some additional recommendations, which were spot on. I came back and purchased a used VW with Brittany's help, and never felt pressured. It was genuinely a pleasurable purchasing experience, and would highly recommend working with Brittany. We will be back!
