Has been over 2 months and 5 visits and this dealership is unable to fix my new truck I gave over 50k for. Unwilling to make good on their vehicles. ... Just a warning to spend your money elsewhere!!!!!

The salesperson was great, very personable and helpful. When the “manager” got involved they tried to pull a fast one and add $2500 to the price calling... it a “recon/prep fee”... a car with 11k miles doesn’t need $2500 worth of reconditioning unless it’s been wrecked. Plus it was not disclosed on the advertised terms and conditions. They increased the advertised dealer fee another $200 as well.

Do not buy from this dealership. I purchased a brand new 2020 Nissan Altima SR and have yet to take delivery of the car after 2 1/2 weeks. The car paint... job was damaged from bird poop and glue was left on the car. Management advised me to live it or call Nissan to resolve the issue. I repeat do not buy from this dealership.

My wife was shopping for a car as it happens she was looking at a used car . The guys at downtown were superb. They worked a great deal for her to get... the best possible deal and she drove away with a new pathfinder . This was a great experience and would highly recommend downtown Nissan

Recently traded in my 2015 Nissan Rogue. I was looking for a newer used SUV that would help get me closer to what I wanted since I was in the 2015 upside... down due to a divorce and the need to trade in the previous 2 vehicles that were both in my name. Long story short, I was told putting me in a new car would be the only way to get me in another car and within the payment option I could potentially afford. The sales people at Downtown Nashville Nissan are VERY nice when you are in the process of purchasing but it ends there. There is not enough room or time to adequately express my experience after the sale. I will say this, please record all conversations. Clarify everything over and over, when you are told they will provide something for you at no cost be sure you get it at no cost. Take note that once you sign the papers it's a done deal and if you have those warning bells going off take note. I am very unhappy with my 2020 Rogue. I have to drive at night and this vehicle is unsafe. The headlights are the old halogen. You would think in 2020 Nissan would provide the driver with safe, bright LED lights. Nope, and they require you purchase an afterstock system to convert to proper lighting. Thousands of dollars! The only response you get is , "I'm sorry". Yes you are sorry. I am sorry too, sorry I purchased a vehicle from you. Sorry I let myself be taken advantage of by sly talk and flattery. I guess saying that " as long as you can sleep at night" really doesn't apply to today's society, specifically salesmen as I know you do not care one less. If not for me, think of your parent, sibling, or child driving at night and be sure and get them in a vehicle that is as "safe" as it CLAIMS to be.

I was shopping for a '16 Leaf. They advertised an SL for ~$14,900, but when I got in their actual base price had a "CPO fee" of $1600 and a "refurb fee"... of $700, so their actual "starting point" for negotiations was $2300 more than advertised. The seller pulled all the slimy used car salesman tricks- "this offer is only good for tonight (it was ~9PM), what can I do to earn your business right now", held onto my keys while they evaluated my trade to keep me from walking out. Tons of high pressure tricks. Virtually everything he said to me was technically true but crafted to mislead- the CPO warranty on a Leaf isn't worth the paper it's printed on (it may be better for a gas car), but he kept trying to make it sound super great, and didn't mention the original, still-applicable OEM warranty still applied. Eventually he "haggled" down about $2500, after an HOUR, to get to the price listed on the website- what I thought would be the STARTING point of negotiations. He assured me this was their best offer... until I was on the way home and he texted offering another $500 off. At this point I've completely lost trust in them and wouldn't consider even looking at their website. I worked with Jonathan Strickland with a quick visit from an angry Ray Pritchard. Steer clear of these guys.

Our Altima we had in for a transmission replacement was the 4th new Nissan we have bought, the 2nd one bought from Downtown Nashville Nissan. When you... have to replace your transmission at 65000 miles and at a cost of $4300 because your dealer failed to disclose a longterm chronic problem with the Nissan CVT, it tends to put a bitter taste in your mouth that no amount of customer service can remove. I doubt very much that Nissan can do anything to earn my trust of the brand again and will probably take my business elsewhere. Doug and Joan Bowes
