Hands down the best experience my wife and I have ever

Hands down the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a car anywhere. Jake is incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, unlike other dealerships or sales agents that make you feel pressurized in buying a car by using aggressive sales tactics, Jake just offered facts about anything we asked and made it a pleasurable experience. Jake sold us our daughters 1st car and we will be back to see him for our sons car soon and for as long as we will be needing vehicles he will no doubt have all of our return business. Thanks for the great professional friendly service Jake. Appreciated :-)

So disappointing.

So disappointing. After purchasing an untold number of vehicles from the Coverts across almost all of their dealerships and brands, often with nothing more than a few phone calls, I recommended Covert Buick GMC to my daughter when she wanted to purchase an Acadia. She contacted the dealership and negotiated with the salesman. After a bit of back and forth, they agreed on a price that satisfied both. Because the dealership was closing for the evening, the salesman texted her a copy of the purchase order and they made arrangements to pick up the new vehicle the next morning. That next morning the salesman called and notified her that they had changed their mind on the price of her trade-in, and wanted her to pay an additional $2,000. So much for the Covert family difference. Honor and integrity mean nothing here anymore, and I for one, will never purchase another vehicle from any of the Covert stores. Shame on you Covert Buick GMC.

They had the car there that I would have bought There was

They had the car there that I would have bought There was a huge yellow sticker showing the price it had been reduced from Another price Clearly it was written on the vehicle. The salesperson showed me the car walked around told me about all the benefits of buying from the dealership that this car was factory certified it included a warranty as a result and that they had treated the door handles and the edges of the doors and the screen inside the car that added all these special things that was the reason to buy from them. I told him I was a cash buyer and I wanted his best out the door price. At the time I didn't realize it but now I realize they were just him hemhawing me around and dragging me along. The manager came over and introduced himself to me Being all nice and everything. I I had to leave so I told him that I would come back. I went back the next day all ready to buy the car ready to go and then he finally, after making me sit at his desk and wait for him for approximately what seemed like 30 minutes! he brings me the out the door price and it's 10 grand over the price of the sticker on the car!! What he didn't tell me is that they charge for that warranty they charge for all of that cosmetic Improvement that they made to the car!!!! Had completely wasted my time. I was so disappointed and realized I had been lied to and felt cheated. Needless to say of course I didn't buy the car. The salesperson's face turned red and he said you said you were going to buy this car today! angrily at me! I could tell he knew that I was going to be upset because he had misrepresented everything. But he was still belligerent in spite of that I guess that's how he's been trained. I can't imagine why anybody would act that way. Did they honestly think I would just go ahead and buy the car after I had been lied to and I felt cheated who does that? I bought a car (jeep) two days after that. I guess I dodged a bullet. I bought it at CarMax they have been amazing they filled it up with gas washed it for me all of the communication has been spot on and beneficial to both parties not a bunch of xx I guess things worked out for the best. I will never go back to that dealership again Kyle and his boss our liars and cheaters I wanted to get my car serviced there.

DO NOT do business with CONVICT Buik GMC.

DO NOT do business with CONVICT Buik GMC. I would have given zero stars if it were possible. They have NO integrity. I made a deal with them on a used truck, signed and agreement, and gave a deposit. They knew that I was waiting on my insurance claim to finalize. I communicated with them regularly during the process that took a week. Not once did they act as if there was a problem. Then, they got an offer from someone else and broke our deal. DO NOT trust these guys.

Great dealership with an amazing guy that helped me

Great dealership with an amazing guy that helped me tremendously, Carlos Mungarrieta. I visited with him and he introduced me to a vehicle I had not looked at before. He brought it around for my convenience, and I sat in it and said I think you finally found a car I like!! I am so appreciative to him, and I am a new owner of a beautiful black Buick! A little sporty, too, I might add. I can’t say enough praises for Carlos. He worked hard on my behalf with coming down to a number that was reasonable to drive my new vehicle off the lot. Covert is fortunate to have such a fantastic employee! Thank you, Carlos!
