I purchased a new Buick Enclave Essence at Covert Buick
I purchased a new Buick Enclave Essence at Covert Buick GMC on 8/17/2024. I was amazed at both the professionalism and courtesy afforded my wife and I by this friendly staff. Despite some computer glitches (not the fault of the dealership) both our sale Rep, Omar M., and the sales manager showed tremendous patience and resolve, ultimately working to solve the issues. These are great people to work with. All the way through Sales, Management, Finance, and Customer Relations, I was truly impressed at the customer focus of this great group of people. I can highly recommend Covert Buick GMC for a nice car buying experience.

I read Jackie’s reviews on line and knew she was the person I wanted to buy my new Buick Enclave from. She greeted us at the door to the dealership, exuding energy, enthusiasm, and expertise as she found the vehicle I wanted. She literally moved 8-10 vehicles around the lot so I could test drive the exact SUV that I bought. We worked a deal with transparency and honesty—no surprises—and then she personally prepped the vehicle so we drove it home that afternoon. I will never buy a vehicle from anyone else. Absolute worst when it comes to customer communication!
Absolute worst when it comes to customer communication! I inquired about a 4Runner that they had listed at 10:00am. Chatted with someone online about my inquiry and was told they still had the vehicle and that someone would reach out to me as soon as they were available. Well 7 hours later I told them they could disregard the inquire. I received an email replay stating that the car sold the previous night. 1) If your car is no longer available, why keep it listed and tell a potential client it is still available, and 2) Is it so hard to send a simple text, better yet a phone call to let a potential customer that it's gone? Is that really too much to ask for? Definitely avoiding this dealership!
