The dealership was extremely friendly, helpful, and gave us great peace of mind throughout the entire process. Being at a dealership with kids is never easy, but Joe and Chad were incredibly patient and understanding when things had to slow down because our little ones needed our attention. They never made us feel rushed and went above and beyond to make the experience comfortable for our family. We will definitely be coming back for future purchases. We are truly grateful for such a wonderful experience and for the patience and professionalism of the entire team. Also, the goodie bags for the kids were an amazing touch and helped keep them entertained while we completed everything. Thank you for making this such a positive experience for our family!

Everyone we dealt with at Covert was so helpful. We purchased exactly the new vehicle we wanted, with the options and features we desired. We felt no high pressure to add on additional features. We felt the price we paid was very fair.

I had a wonderful experience. I bought a brand new 2026 Chevy Traverse at a different dealership. I had the car for a week and I had to have it at the dealership for an over the air update that basically killed my car. I had to have a tow truck come and jump my car. I bring it to the dealership and I have to rent a car because they don't have any loaner cars. So, I get the car back and they say everything is ok. A few weeks later another update and it doesn't work. I call to get an appointment and a loaner car and it's going to be a few weeks. I have had this car for a total of 30 days, I spoke with the service manager and no one seemed to really car or offer to help me in any way. I was put on a waiting list for a loaner car because I can't afford to rent a car for 3 or 4 days every time my car is in the shop. So, I called Covert, from the woman who answered the phone I explained everything to her and I was put on a list for a loaner car. She called me back in 2 days, they had a car for me and told me that Adam would be my service provider. I was able to drop off my car, pick up a car and get everything taken care of without any hassle. Adam was great and kept in communication with me the entire time. I wish I got my car here, but I will absolutely recommend this dealership and buy my next vehicle here. Thank you so much.

Saul was my salesperson. He was awesome, he was not pushy at all. My wife is even thinking about buying an Acadia from covert because of him. Very good experience with Saul and covert. All good with the purchase.

I had such a great experience working with Diana Alejo at Covert Buick GMC when purchasing my new Buick Enclave. She was truly awesome from start to finish. Diana made the entire process so easy and quick, which I really appreciated as a busy mom. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made the process feel stressful or overwhelming.
