Terrible dealership. Be very careful of what you’re getting before signing paperwork. I was sold a car that had been wrecked but that wasn’t disclosed until after final funding and paperwork was signed and done. Repair work was done horribly and now to have it fixed right is gonna be all on my dime. They refuse to do anything about it after trying to sell me another car for 20 thousand more dollars! Never again will they be used for anything

I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience buying our new Lincoln Nautilus. Buying a car can be stressful but this felt completely different, in the best way! We had stopped by earlier just to look at the cars on the lot, Blake Ricketts was actually the main reason we decided to come back and move forward. He was friendly, easy to talk to and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all. It didn’t feel like a typical “sales” interaction, it felt like someone who truly wanted to help us find the right fit. That stuck with us and ultimately brought us back. When we returned, Blake made the entire process smooth and exciting. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we felt confident at every step. No pressure, no rush, just great service. When it came time for financing, Joseph Rodriguez made everything incredibly seamless. He explained everything clearly, walked us through the details and ensured we fully understood our options without any pressure. We even found ourselves joking and laughing along the way, which says a lot about how comfortable he made the process. Driving off in my new Nautilus was such a special moment and I truly appreciate how effortless and enjoyable they made the entire experience. If you’re considering a Lincoln, I highly recommend coming here. Ask for Blake and Joseph, you’ll be in great hands!

Worst dealership for service. Don't buy a Ford from Covert if you want your car serviced.

I recently bought a vehicle from Covert Ford, and I was very satisfied with the sales process, everything was thorough, and I got in and out pretty quickly. This review is more about the dealership itself more than the sales process, like most people will usually write about. Only one word describes this dealership: Old. This dealership is in need of a renovation BADLY. Their smaller dealership, Covert Ford of Hutto, looks WAY more modern and inviting than their main Covert location in Austin. The sales floor looks like it’s stuck in the 80’s, the service advisors are working out of CLOSETS, and the parts “department”, if you can call it that, it’s literally a small room with a mini office. The formal “delivery” area is three small parking stalls at the front of the dealership. I don’t get it, their Bee Cave GMC dealer is BRAND NEW and looks AMAZING, but their main Ford dealership, looks so incredibly run down and old! Because of the old layout of the dealer, and how run down it looks, it doesn’t seem like a very inviting place for me to bring my vehicle for service. I’d rather go to Mac Haik in Georgetown where the dealership looks very inviting, modern, and in a nice area. Sales process and deals are great at this dealer, the dealership itself, is in DIRE need of a makeover.

Never have a dealt with such unprofessionalism. I bought a car with an extended warrently several years ago...great experience. Recently I had to have some work done that I was seeking information whether or not it was covered by warrenty for a period of several days. For the first day, I called multiple times but was unable to reach a real person. Finally, I got an operator and they sent me to Finance where of course no one answered and I left a detailed message. No response, so I continued this pattern over multiple days and had to go ahead and have the work done because I needed my car. I finally got a hold of the operator again and let loose that I wanted to talk to a real person who could help me...no more phone messages. He put me on hold and went to finance personally to find out what was happening. I kid you not, finance told them they did not return my multiple calls because they did not know what to do. SERIOUSLY...you do not have the decency to call a customer back and at least tell them, or better yet you find someone who can answer the question. They operator sent my call to parts. Where a wonderful lady was in shock that I was treated this way and went out of her way to help me and find my answer. I got the number to the warrenty company who then told me since I did not get it preauthorized that the repair would not be reimbursed. So I am OUT $700 because of UNPROFESSIONALISM. Update: The warrenty company did end up paying PART of the claim since it was my first time using the warrenty...but I am still out hundreds of dollars.

August 2024. First, I drove in from Houston to pick up a Lincoln navigator they had available that I was told was in perfect shape 0 issues or damage. Told the sales guy to make sure it came with 2 keys, which he insured me it would. we did all the paperwork online so I could drive in leave my old vehicle and drive out with the new one arrived on site apps 5pm took them over 2 hours to get everything ready that was already supposed to be ready then they finally had the car ready for me to see around 6:30-7pm at which point it started to rain loaded my son up told them I would call if any issues. Got to the gas station allot 45 minutes away as they didn't fill it up found the rear bumper, wheel and trim was damaged called the sales guy and he knew nothing about it he talked to someone else they knew about the damage but didn't want to disclose it as they didn't wanna lose the sale. February 2025 I've been calling for a couple weeks trying to get the information in the warranty company they use as the vehicle has a electrical issue and transmission issues and they charged me $6,000 for a warranty i CAN NOT USE!!! Also to make things better I still have not gotten the 2nd key for the vehicle or a call back so I now have a broken vehicle that I'm looking at $15,000 to repair because they don't like to give you copies of your paperwork or call you back. I would definitely avoid this place at all cost used car side clearly doesn't have it together.

Do not have your vehicle serviced here. I bought a new truck and had power boards, bed cover and leveling kit installed. Was told a day that turned into 5 days with no updates unless I called about them. Talked to service manager Patrick and he said he would get to the bottom of it . After 30 minutes call my salesman that was off and home with sick kid and he got me information. Called Patrick back up and he hadn't even looked into it. Now truck is back in for a windshield replacement dropped off Thursday and said it would be ready by Saturday. Was called in Friday everything on track and good to go. Now Saturday before 9:00 am I get a phone call from Patrick that it will be Monday or Tuesday before it is ready. I am not sure what to think about the service department there and afraid what is going to happen if I have to e to take the truck in for any repairs or anything since the maintenance plan was bought through them. Stay far far away unless you want continuous issues and lies

I would give half star if possible. Honestly, their business practice is to rip customer. If you don't pay attention at the time of signing paperwork's. They can put so many unnecessary charges. And once you signed you locked for the duration. Thank god i checked the pricing and found i was getting charged $4000.00 for some maintenance deal. Which they never discussed to me. So, even though i took the car after week i went to sign i found all these and decline the offer. So be careful guys.
