Set up an appointment on Sunday and our salesman had the 2 cars that we were interested in ready to drive in the front parking lot. We traveled 75 miles to work with Covert, so the cars being ready saved us a ton of time. He did a great job of understanding our needs and didn't waste any of our time. Every person that we came across during our time in your showroom and on the lot was extremely helpful and friendly! Thank you for making our car buying experience unlike any "normal" car buying experience!

Good Service & you can trust your Service Advisor
Foremost, I trust my service advisor Adam Miller. I know that he doesn't recommend work that I don't need. He's a good guy. Also, I like OEM parts and techs who know how to care for my car.

Excellent Service
Answered my questions and checked out my ten year old Ranger completely. Had a question about coolant, and they checked and assured me all was fine. Have always had good service from this group. At other places, being a woman taking in a car for service, I have met with smirks and remarks, but never here. They have always been very polite and tend to business.

seemed very organized.
I took my 2013 Fusion in to be checked about the milage and a recall repair. I am not sure if the service dept. fixed the problem, but the service man I talked to on the phone (Wayne) and when I took the car in was just the best. Very nice and kind employee.
