Just didnt feel good walking out with a brand new
Just didnt feel good walking out with a brand new vehicle. I have had much better experiences in the past with other dealerships. I purchased a new Tacoma 7 years ago at Lost Pines in Bastrop and regret not purchasing there even though they didn't have the vehicle I was looking for. I would not recomend anyone use this dealership or and will not be returning. I'm pretty easy going, came in for a specific vehicle, didn't ask for much and left not all that excited about my experience. I was not offered any documented information to tell me what was included in my vehicle. I recieved the purchasing contract and my vehicle. I had to go to Toyota's website to figure it out myself. It is impossible to speak with anyone over the phone when you have questions. I called and the phone just kept ringing until I was hung up on without ever speaking to anyone. I would also like to cancel the vehicle protection plan because I don't feel confident in your ability to provide good service for my vehicle in the future and I can't get a copy of it to see if it is even possible.

Great experience. My daughter and I made an appointment to look at EVs. Sarah Soto took excellent care of us!! She was ready for us (no waiting around). She was knowledgeable and kindly answered our many questions. She explained financing options to us. I cannot recommend her enough! The dealership location is good too and very convenient for me. We were introduced to the manager and I appreciate that he, nor Sarah, tried to corner us with the hard sell. I had informed them from the start that we were just beginning to look at our options and they were respectful of our process. They shared good info without overwhelming us. The current financing options are outstanding and very enticing. My ONLY negative about this dealership is that they do not have a convenient and attractive bathroom for customer use in the front/main building. Otherwise great experience!
