Used Car Purchase
My sales rep was very helpful. The offers and counter-offers were direct and respectful. The final deal was very close to my expectations. Most notably was that they gave me affair price for my trade-in. Something that other dealers seem to be short-sighted on.

Charged too much and took 3 times to get it right
First I want to say we thank them for helping us in an emergency situation. Five stars for that, HOWEVER, it took 3 times to get it right and they charged a rediculous amount! Changed all spark plugs and boots, cost $491.09 and $396.00 of that was labor! 4 HOURS later we were on the road. Got 6 miles down the road and it was still was missing. Had to drive to the next exit 10 miles away, and drive 15 miles back to the dealership. Bad spark plug they said. (My husband kept saying it was the coil). Changed spark plug, we drove 6 miles down the road (no turning around on I-65. And we were pulling a 30 ft travel trailer) and it started missing again. Drove 15 miles back and this time they changed the coil. Finally we were on our way almost 6 hours after we got there that morning. We are thankful it was fixed. We are thankful they helped us but we feel the cost of service, especially since it took 3 times to get it fixed, was very pricey. We have filed a formal complait with Ford Motor Co.
