We were misled and deceived with what we believe were fraudulent photos of the interior of a vehicle, which we were led to believe we would be purchasing! There were multiple misrepresentations made by the dealership's representatives, including the failure to disclose, prior to purchase, that if we bought certain treatments, it would void their seven day return policy. Had we been notified by the finance manager when he was recommending we purchase the treatments, that they would void the return policy, we would not have purchased them. We were not provided the return policy disclosure for review and acknowledgement until after the treatments had been applied!

I’m very pleased with my experience dealing with Adrian and Lief Jonnson Ford….in the past 20 yrs or so I’ve been able to purchase a vehicle over the phone, pay for it and go pick it up. In and out in 30 min or less…. Something I would like to be able to do at Lief Johnson in the future. Again very pleased with truck I bought last week.

The salesman, Leo Light, and the finance manager, Ryan Fisher, were very good and helpful.

Great people. Great experience. Tim Jacob's is the best. Kelly did me a fine job as well. I've purchased three vehicles in a row now from Lief Johnson Ford. Never had an issue with any transaction from them.

Leif Johnson is a well established dealership. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. My salesman (Marco) was very patient with me as I came to the dealership after work and he stayed with me through the entire process. I purchased the Ford Explorer, and I just love my SUV. If I had it to do all over again, I would not change a thing. Thank you Leif Johnson and your awesome staff.

They did agreat job the service person was very friendly and informative. Now I do have a problem with the sales manager and husband sales people I'm finding out things they didn't disclose about my truck i bought hopefully I have no problem with the truck so when or if you're thinking about buying a vehicle especially a used one clarify all information as i did get a carfax but there was some information I didn't receive until I got my truck back from the 10,000 mile secudle service. I'm possibly going to buy a different truck in 2026 but probably somewhere else thanks for reading my evaluation oh but the service was great.

We had a very smooth buying experience with Leif Johnson Ford in Austin. After shopping for many months and being willing to travel a great distance for the right deal, we found our vehicle at a great price in Austin. After making an inquiry online, I was connected with Michael Ballesteros in sales. We worked out details through text and email, came to an agreement, and Rene, the finance guy, got us a rate we couldn't beat on our own. Ryan Fisher worked through all of the purchase process with us via email, text and phone. I can't say enough about how easy these guys made our buying experience. While it was nerve wracking agreeing to purchase a car 6 hours from home we had never seen, we made the trip to Austin and found everything to be just as was portrayed. The vehicle was exactly what we were looking for at a price that couldn't be beat, and there were no hidden fees, no ridiculous pressure to buy things we didn't want.
