The dealership has not been honest about the existing issues with the vehicle. The salesperson became unresponsive immediately after the sale was completed and has failed to return any calls or messages regarding the problems found with the purchased vehicle. Furthermore, a Buyer’s Plate Receipt containing the personal information of a previous buyer was discovered inside the vehicle, raising serious concerns about the dealership’s handling of customer privacy and vehicle preparation. We do not recommend this dealership, and Ford Motor Company should investigate this privacy breach and the dealership’s overall business practices.

They did agreat job the service person was very friendly and informative. Now I do have a problem with the sales manager and husband sales people I'm finding out things they didn't disclose about my truck i bought hopefully I have no problem with the truck so when or if you're thinking about buying a vehicle especially a used one clarify all information as i did get a carfax but there was some information I didn't receive until I got my truck back from the 10,000 mile secudle service. I'm possibly going to buy a different truck in 2026 but probably somewhere else thanks for reading my evaluation oh but the service was great.

Typical used car sales experience. Friendly enough over phone but not willing to negotiate. Used JD Powers price guide and wouldn’t discuss Kelly Blue Book pricing or other sites for comparable pricing. Pricing was $5K over other dealerships within few hundred miles. Not worth our time to visit in person.

I normally don’t write reviews but my family had such a great experience here that I feel I needed to tell everyone about it. We were shopping for a new Maverick truck in San Antonio (Northside Ford) area, they were advertising it as 36,000 but of course as we sat down somehow the price was hike up to 48,000 with taxes and etc….. and we went ahead and walk away discouraged. A friend suggested we give Leif a call because of a previous great experience he had, and sure enough after traveling over a 100 miles to get to Austin we bought the exact same truck $10,000 less! In my opinion well worth the extra drive, and not once did I feel we were getting ripped off!

Family has purchased at least 10 vehicles from Mr. Felician Gobert, or used his reference for purchasing from the 71 Ford store for over two decades. Every vehicle (New or preowned) we have purchased has run really well, and required little to no maintenance. Carry on!

Let me first say that I have purchased our last three brand new cars from Leif Johnson Ford. So my loyalty was pretty strong. This last experience, as you will see, made it so I can no longer purchase a car from them. My GPS on a 2020 ford sport (a $65K car) was not working. I took it in on Jan. 27th. I just picked it up today on April 4th. Over two months later. The car has 17k miles. I, of course, had to pay for a car that I was not using. For TWO MONTHS. NOW, all this is frustrating, but the next part put me over the edge. I get into my car and there are wrappers and crumbs all over. See images. The seats, the center console and floor. I did not and do not eat in my car. The Altoids are mine. The TROUBLING part is a random screw. See images below . Before you purchase a car from these guys ask yourself what you would do if they had your car for two months and gave it back to you in a mess. There's plenty of other ford dealerships. My suggestion would be to look around. Like I said, this is three cars later and look how I got treated. ZERO CUSTOMER LOYALTY. So, based on this, and the fact there was no "we will make it right" offer I just put a deposit on a Tesla. Happy to share my experience with them. Hit me up and I will share my experience with Tesla. I can provide where I am in the process as well.

I need to start by saying Rudy and the dealership he works for went above and beyond for me. I work a lot of hours and a single mom so my time is limited, so he brought me the truck I wanted to see and drove mine to get appraised. I received what I wanted for my trade in and got a great deal on a new Ford Ranger Lariat. By time I was ready to purchase I only had to walk in and sign the papers! The kindness and knowledge and down right common decency and a acknowledgment for my time was mind blowing! I will never buy another vehicle from anywhere else but Leif Johnson Ford In Austin!! Ask for Rudy the rock star! Thank you guys so much for the wonderful Easy no xxxxxxxx experience. Much appreciation from my son and I. You made my purchase easy, to the point and paid a good price!
