Absolutely incredible experience! The staff were amazing to work with. The most honest group of individuals Ive had the pleasure of buying a car from. So happy to say I finally purchased my first car and...

So happy to say I finally purchased my first car and could not be happier! Started working with Tim Jacobs in November/December 2020 after being curious to order a Bronco Sport. Test drove a few cars to consider my options and while they were great I had my eyes set on the bronco sport and placed a deposit. My first order arrived in March of 2021 but unfortunately austin had a pretty bad hail storm around the same time and my car was one of the ones to get hail damage. After being offered a discount and other options like replacing the damages, I decided not purchase and instead order another vehicle. Unfortunately because of shortages and delays my reorder (that included a moon roof package) was taking a while to get fulfilled. Luckily in September the dealer was receiving an order similar (without that extra package). After being able switch my deposit to the car arriving I was able to purchase my new first car. Tim Jacobs was great through the entire process. And while I was a bit impatient with the wait, everything was else was great! Thanks again to the entire team that made my first car purchase so great!

Good experience, terrible outcome.

The buying experience was simple and ok. We got a great used truck at a good price. When the truck was delivered the delivery driver had no idea what the name of the truck was to ask questions about it. The dealer photos left out multiple dents that were not visible, oversized tires that not only rub every time you turn but also only had 5/32 tread left, and the brakes were non-existent. When askes about these issues the salesperson will say they'll get with the manager, that is a coded slogan meaning, "you won't hear back from us about your issues but thanks for buying from Leif Johnson Ford."

Fast!

Best overall truck/car buying experience ever. Dwayne and Monica helped on the digital/web side while Raul Sanchez helped on the lot side. I'll certainly be coming back and referring friends and colleagues to Leif Johnson Ford. Great job everyone, you're Rock Stars!!!

September 12, was the end of my lease on an SUV. I decided to purchase the car so I met with Thomas Almaraz and a gentleman from the finance office on the September 11, and I drove away with a Ruby Red Ford Escape.
