Leif Johnson Ford Inc.

I have been to Lief Johnson in the past and my experience was OK. This was my first experience where I actually felt welcomed instead of just another account.

Quick turn around and OK price. Did not get a good cleanup on the vehicle. The computer update has made the presets of seats and mirrors go wacky. Maybe I should not have brought it in. Too early and maybe COVID issues. I’ll give y’all about her try after anouther 20k miles.

Took it in for “shudder” during acceleration in AWD. Rattle in sunroof. Promised out in 6 days. Had to get it before finished. Was told they’d “cut and capped some vacuum line to fix shudder. Didn’t understand logic of cutting something that was originally equipment. IT DIDNT FIX IT. sunroof was apparently a recall. They said they’d let me know when parts are in. Been 3 weeks. This service dept is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. (I LOVE THE DESLERSHIP)

The shuttle was too complicated and slow. Why not lend out a car for a few hours? That way you might get a potential buyer to buy a new vehicle in the future.

I always get a great experience at Leif Johnson, from sales to service. Most recently my car needed registration and electrical work. They told me exactly how long it would take, finished early and did a great job—as always!

Great Service from Otay. Really caring and Professional. They help me get my car fix when it was having issues with the Converter, Adaptive Clutch and etc

I had an issue with the AC compressor in my 2016 Mustang GT, and it was only blowing warm air. Having recently moved to Texas, AC is a necessity! I also had a troublesome "Check Engine" light on. I called and set up an early appointment and dropped the car off the night before. Otay checked it over and got the parts in quick and I had the car back by Friday! They had found that the compressor was indeed bad and a purge valve was stuck. The AC is working great and the car feels like it's shifting smoother in low gears (it's a manual). I'm pleased with the speed and results of the service!

Paul Dickensheets was very helpful and kept me informed about the status of the repair to my F-150. I highly recommend Paul and Leif Johnson Ford!
