Quick visit with great results!

Was a great experience since I live out of town. They had the car I wanted and paperwork started so I could test drive and buy. Great experience and alto of help from Arlo at the used car superstore. Will be back for future purchases.

Platinum F-150 2017

The entire process was top notch . The sales person Pedro made it happen . Where other dealerships dropped the ball Pedro followed through to completion . From the Sales Manger to the General Manager they really let me know that they appreciated the business

Leif Johnson is still the leader in my book!

Great purchase experience. Our sales person, Dee Yeo, took great care of us and expedited our paperwork very quickly. Oh, yes, and talk about service after the sale - Dee and Leif Johnson Ford followed through on every after sale agreement they made. I will certainly return to Leif Johnson for my next purchase, and I will look up Dee as she is simply awesome. Thanks again to the super sales and service team at Leif Johnson Used Cars in Austin, TX. Y'all are the best!

Dishonest Dealer

Vehicle sold to me had an mechanical issue with the engine. Took car back with mechanical issue within the first week, was told that the service department did not find any problems. I was told that the Ford ESP warranty would cover any issues. The Ford ESP purchased was a joke. The warranty company wanted me to pay to tear down the engine to diagnose the problem. Leif Johnson staff lied and said that the car did not come back in the first week and they stated that I never contacted them. I had contacted them multiple times regarding the issue. After the vehicle was traded in to another dealer, it took Leif Johnson more than 6 weeks to cancel the Ford warranty. The warranty was cancelled after contacting the dealer 3+ times a week for the 6 weeks. Avoid Leif Johnson at all costs. There are more reputable dealers out there who care about the service they provide and customer satisfaction.

Easy buying experience

Jo Ann helped me with my new truck purchase at Leif Johnson. I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in through their website. I was contacted immediately and started the process. Jo Ann was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions and made the process pretty painless. No pushy sales tactics. Great place to buy a vehicle. I'll be back.

Great Experience finding my new truck1

I was in the market for a new truck and took my time looking. I contacted several dealerships around Austin and Leif Johnson was the most patient and willing to give me the information I needed to make my decision. When I found out 2 of the 3 I wanted sold, I quickly jumped and made the purchase I wanted. Love the truck and the process was made great by the Salesman I worked with Mike. If you are looking for a vehicle give them a shot, they will treat you right.

Great customer service!

I saw this vehicle online and sent an inquiry to see if it was available. Within 2 hours, I had received a response from Stephanie Owens. I scheduled an appointment the following day. She sent me an e-mail the morning of our appointment to confirm it. Upon my arrival, she and the vehicle were readily available. I took it for a test drive and I decided on the purchase. Stephanie is honest and has a wonderfully warm personality. My closing documents were presented to me by Finance Manager Angel Ortiz. He explained all documents to me and provided me with extended warranty options. He is thorough, polite, and very professional. The facilities leave a lot to be desired. The cubicles are so close to each other in a tiny room that I felt caged in. Kudos to the hardworking sales people that work there. Overall, I had a good experience with the staff and took home a great used car!
