Kevin is the most amazing, helpful person and gave me the most positive customer experience that I think I have ever had in my life! I haven’t bought a car in 10 yrs and he helped me navigate the whole process. And he gave me a much better deal than other Subaru dealers did. By far. He didn’t upsell me at all or even push any add-ons. He simply wanted to get what was best for me. And the amount of time he spent with me was crazy…. two entire afternoons until closing time! It was literally over 10 hrs because there were so many ins and outs that I didn’t understand about financing and insurance. He not only patiently waited with me when I started to call car insurance companies, but also helped me look up info as well. Plus, he even had someone come to NYC to pick me up. And he drove me to the bank bc I didn’t have a check ready. He truly wanted to help me. I cannot say enough of his fine character and the overall experience at Subaru of Englewood.

Replaced tail light in a timely manner. Clean facility, Very professional and caring. waiting area provides coffee and snacks while waiting. Gave approximate time when service will be done and it was done as promised.

Came for 12mo tune up and to get my remote start fixed (Subaru call center was not helpful). I waited at dealership and they only took 1.5 hour - much quicker than quoted and what I personally expected for a busy Saturday morning. They also fixed remote start with an update and explained what had happened. Friendly people there as well.

I did not make a reservation for service, however, service dept. was able to received my car, they looked into everything that I asked them at the drop off and when I picked up my car they gave me a full report, friendly and warm staff, I felt valued from beginning to end!

The seller from dealer ship was really nice, kind, and fast. Also responded so quickly, even off duty time. I needed a car in urgent due to car accident, he answered everything that I asked, explained so well. So I could buy a car on the phone, even not seeing a car. I really recommend this dealership and this sales person personally.

Big shoutout to Rudy the mechanic who finally solved my issues...he was able to resolve an issue that I had for a while....highly recommended ! My headache is finally over
