I have been to several dealerships in my day, none of which having the same level of professionalism and respect as Subaru of Englewood. For starters, I went in for a recall, oil change, and an issue I had for my multi function display. My service technician Jose was extremely patient with me, explaining all the details and possible charges for my service to be provided. He was thorough with his explanations and advised me promptly when my car was ready for pickup. His respect for his customers was clearly evident in his demeanor and his knowledge for this field exceeded my expectations. Hats off to Jose for being an above excellent employee. 👏 👏 To end my visit at the dealership, Jose informed me that the multi function display in my car was no longer functional and that I would need to replace the part costing me over 2000. After respectfully declining, jose spoke with his management and got me an incredible deal to replace the part, as a goodwill offering! Extremely Satisfied as usual. I was a little nervous because of the service I was doing to my vehicle which required replacing a lot of parts due to the milage, but everything came out good.
