Great Experience

I had a fantastic buying experience! I wanted a specific car which they did not have in stock but they said they would call me when it arrived on the lot. Aimee Clark texted me when it came in, because I live 5 hours away (my brother lives in Charlotte, a good excuse to visit) Aimee helped me do all my paperwork on the website so when I arrived all I had to do was switch my things to the new car and sign the paperwork. I sent them pictures of my trade in car in advance so even the trade in estimate was solid. Fauzi, the finance manager went over everything with me, he was great, he did not try to talk me into buy anything extra I did not want, and he explained all about the StarLink and other features of my new car. The new anti-theft dot feature is amazing. After all the paperwork was done Aimee spent a good long while in the car with me setting up my StarLink and SiriusXM. She very throughly explained all the new features that I did not have in my previous Subaru. This was the 1st time ever that buying a car was a pleasant experience! If I did not live so far away I would happily meet Aimee for lunch or drinks. Down the road if I ever decide to trade this car in for a new one I will absolutely go back to Williams Subaru and cross my fingers Aimee and Fauzi still work there. Oh, there was a bonus, a puppy in the showroom, he looked like the puppy in the Subaru ads! I love my new Blue Pearl Forester Limited.

I lease my cars, and I was able to get the exact car that I was looking for at the desired monthly payment and mileage allowance. And the service has been great so far.

2016 Subaru Forester Backup Camera Replacement

My backup camera had an intermittent failure. Williams went over and above to identify the problem, find a replacement part and install it. Car is like new.

Run, don't walk....AWAY from this place.

Shady Shady Shady. Wish I could give 0 stars. Bought a used car here and 8 months later, no tag. The used car manager keeps blaming other people for the delay instead of actually doing something. They put a dealer plate on my car and said I'm on an extended test drive (no end date) telling me it was legal to do so. Guess what? DMV says it's not legal at all. I really wish I could go back to May when I was debating whether to buy there or not and tell past me to run as fast as I could. All they have done during this past 8 months is jerk me around. On a positive note, I'm learning a lot. Filed my first ever complaint with the Better Business Bureau and filed my first ever license/theft bureau investigation with the DMV. I know they don't care about the first, but the second might matter to them. Especially the statutes and penalties associated with improper use of a dealer tag.
