Trash dealership. Vehicle needed routine work from the first day i left the lot. The sales associate kevin will tell you any lie to get you to leave in the lemon cars they have. The oil light came on during the test drive and the sales associate said they would get it changed. He did not and gave me the run around for weeks. The manager or lady at the front counter who answers the phone has an additude. Whoever is in charge and makes the decisions is never in the office so nothing ever gets done. Overall terrible experience

The WORST experience EVER!!!!
I made a BIG mistake purchasing from this dealership! I purchased a kia optima sxl. I purchased my car on 2/15/19, mirror was broke and I'm still waiting for it to be repaired! I've called several times as well as texted! I have/had to replace two damaged tires, a rim that was bent! My sunroof won't open! I requested for the owner to contact me and I never received a call! I'm beyond pissed! That sad part is no one takes responsibility! My car is still not registered with DMV! I think and believe that they was knew the rim was bent! And I believe they were aware of the two damaged tires that was filled with fix a flat! How could they not know? They had this vehicle for awhile and I'm sure both tires went flat! 33 days later, I've replaced 2 tires and I'm trying to get a new rim! I still don't have my passenger mirror! I'm so tired of calling to get no resolution! Used or not, No One should have to replace tires, mirrors etc, right after buying a car! Ridiculous~!

BE ALERT!!
I wrote 5* review while purchased car from them, because they had a good deal! In fact, they cheat people (sorry to say) by selling damaged car as "CLEAN" title in good price. After few months, I have discovered prior damage from an accident (which is hard to see from outside, but changed body shape permanently) while I took my car in a body shop. That means, they purchase damaged car from auction and repair in their own shop so that they do not have to report it. VERY TRICKY POLICY!! :(

Trying to sell unsafe vehicles
My husband and I went to look at a Nissan Sentra. It was listed at 6995 (guaranteed 6795 with USAA carbuying app). The major issues were that 2 out of 3 seatbelts in the back seat wouldn't buckle, all 4 tires were bald, the mechanism for locking the gas tank was broken, so you couldn't open the gas tank, and the AC wasn't working. Paul seemed very nice. He mentioned his boss wasn't wanting to fix the seatbelts, but he got him to agree to fix the seatbelts, the tires, the ac, and peovide a useable donut. But the lowest he could go was 6995, which was the listed price for the car. Reminder the guaranteed USAA carbuying app price was 6795. So he raised the price. Obviously we walked .
