Bad experience, unable to ask questions. Poor communication skills from the staff Would not recommend!

Didn't seem like they were interested in selling a truck typical salesman stuff when can you come by and take a test drive

I tried to buy a car there, but they were going to charge me for both in state and out of state taxes. Double taxation is illegal. Government fees and tax fees were excessive. The taxes are only for where the car will be registered.

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to every one. They were so well informed about the electric vehicle that we bought. Even though the original salesperson wasn’t available at first when we go there, we weren’t left hanging in the wind. We took our test drive with Matt and then finished the deal with Kevin and Omar. All were very courteous, the place was clean and well organized. Never felt pressured about anything. Never felt like we were being bamboozled. The only down side is how long it just naturally takes to buy a car.

Received fantastic service from David. He made the car buying experience, smooth fun and quick. Their pricing is very fair and they don’t play the hidden fee game like other dealerships.

My wife and I decided that we needed to break down and buy a vehicle for her and the kids as a daily driver. Obviously we wanted something that was going to be dependable, last for years and fit everyone in the family at a price that we didn't have to sell body parts to afford. JP and Khader 100% helped us find our vehicle. We chose a used Ford Exorer and as of yet, don't regret it. Never thought I'd say it but this sales group, as a whole, are dependable and trustworthy. Again, I've never said that about ANY company that sales vehicles but I promise you, they are legit and keep their word. I HIGHLY recommend them and will most def seek them out first for our future purchases. Also, shout out to Tony for his help and following through on his promise. Couldn't be more satisfied.

These guys go the extra mile to be sure you're happy with your purchase. The cars are all in excellent condition. A pleasure to do business there. Matt is very experienced and knowledgeable.

If I could give this business a zero rating I would. They are the textbook definition of slimy used car salesmen. We met Chris and the sales manager this week and wanted to buy a van from them. It was clear they didn’t want us to stay and do the paperwork because it was their closing time. We offered to put some money down so they would hold the car until the next day but they waived us off saying not to worry about it. We explained that we really needed the car because we were in a rental due to our vehicle being totaled. They were super nice to our faces and engaging with our children - gave us no indication that anything was amiss. The next morning Chris texted asking if I’d be coming by and I confirmed that I would be there later that day with my checkbook and registration info. All was good until three hours later when I texted him to let him know I was on the way to drop off my rental and pick up the van and he casually told me they sold it!! They were completely unremorseful even saying “you didn’t put any money on this car and we are just here to sell cars and make money”. Never once did they check in to ask if I was not coming or let me know the vehicle was at risk of being purchased. I have never seen such callousness and ruthlessness in a small business. At this point, I think we dodged a bullet as these employees will smile and lie right to your face. Definitely not the folks you want to buy a used car from.

From the time I walked in the door the service was great , Matthew my sale associate was knowledgeable and sufficient in getting me in the right vehicle for what I was looking to spend.

Very satisfied with the quality service I received from the staff of Accurate Auto of Jacksonville...everyone has absolute knowledge about the services offered and it is homely experience without any pressure whatsoever...
