CarMax Ft. Myers

This company bends over backwards to accommodate their customers. Every time I see one of their commercials on tv I get a good feeling becuse of my experience.

We are right at 30 days our new purchase is acting up and there is no service on the weekends. I called concerned and a young lady answered and told me that there is nothing they can do and I need to call back on Monday. Asked if she could make me an appointment and she said call back on Monday. What a joke!!!!

I was selling my car. They gentleman that helped me (Reggie as I remember) was so kind. He was on point with everything very well versed in his field. More then that he was fun to talk to it was more like having a friend there with me then a car Max employee.

Was interested in a Ford Fusion 2017 that only had 8,000 Miles and they did a free transfer from Tampa to Fort Myers and I walked out with a new car

Got a great truck at a fair price with a decent value on trade in. All sales people [Justin and Dee] were very helpful w/o pressure. First time shopper there but won?t be last!

Was just looking at different models. The salesman asked if we wanted him to show us around our let us browse. We browsed on our own. Hee came out once and showed us a few options then let us go alone again. We decided on two models and he took us for a test drive of each. Very nice experience and never felt pressured.

Bought my 2013 car two weeks ago and couldn't be happier

I didnt even get a chance to view a car i wanted to see. Each time the internet sales rep said he would get back with me he failed to do so. He handed me off to another sales agent. She sent me one email and ignored my other responses. Does anyone want to sell cars here? I drove to the location and the car that i was intetested in had already sold. I was prepared to buy 2 vehicles. Stay away from this location!

I recently was in to purchase a new car and trade my car of 9 years in! My family has purchased many cars here in the past but this was my first visit! Brad and Ricardo over at the Fort myers FL location literally made this process quick, enjoyable, fun and professional! They were fantastic and knew what they were talking about and just made it a great experience! Thanks again!
