I made an appointment for traditional oil change and was approached, checkin and serviced immediately at the designated time. I was offered additional service which I accepted for items I forgot to attend to, and the job was completed as promised for me to make my scheduled appointment for work. Super great experience

Friendly, efficient and a good service rating. The only thing I would comment about is the scheduling, if you want to get an appointment for service you must schedule it at least three weeks ahead.

Great experience for taking my car into the dealership.

Great experience for taking my car into the dealership. I like the lounge they serve good coffee (a complimentary pastry wouldn’t hurt) relaxing furniture and great there’s direct tv too! I appreciate the associate I worked with he talked out things very clear regarding my car and didn’t try in a pushy way about everything that needs to happen for my car he just informed me and I appreciated that!

Elijah greeted me at the front door (I had called about 2 hours earlier) and with the information I had provided earlier on the phone he walked us to a 2025 Kia Sorento sx prestige hybrid , after I test drive I decided that I didn’t need to go any further it was exactly what I was looking for. We went in and worked out the details and I drove off in 2 hours time!
