Taken as a sucker

Bought used car, found serious loose panel on console. " oh we'll fix that. Now it's mid November. "We've ordered the part" nothing! If you like to be sweet talked then taken for a fool, buy your car here. The repair will come out of my pocket, even tho promised to be repaired by Nick.

I had a pleasant experience working with Rochester Mazda

I had a pleasant experience working with Rochester Mazda when I leased a new Mazda CX-5 in November of 2022. The dealership was being remodeled but was still very welcoming despite the occasional jackhammer sound (btw, they had complimentary earplugs!). I worked with Nicholas (Nick) Janssen as my sales consultant and Stuart (Stu) Taylor Higano Jr. was the paperwork extraordinaire. I would highly recommend working with Rochester Mazda and I would definitely ask for Nick to be my sales consultant. This is the second vehicle I have got from Rochester Mazda. I bought a used Nissan Pathfinder back in 2018 and it is still running great. Don't waist your time going to any of the Tom Kadlac's, Rochester Motor Cars (especially the Mazda dealership) is where it's at!

I have purchased 3 vehicles here and have bought

I have purchased 3 vehicles here and have bought Mercedes, BMW, and Audi at other dealerships in the past 6 years. My ownership satisfaction is the best here, hands down compared to the dealerships in Mpls, and Rochester. Both sales and service are always top notch. Rochester Toyota is not as good here either. I like that they do a video now on service work when checking your vehicle. Can I give 6 stars? They are that good.

Taken advantage of

bought a Mazda 3 in 2016 (looking back for more than it was worth). Sold us a warranty for $1800. while knowing the drive train was completely covered a warranty that came with the car at no additional cost. No additional years or miles were added to the warranty that came at no cost. We were lead to believe it was a seven year 100,000 mile warranty. after owning the car for four years and putting on 40,000 miles (total of 70,000 on the car) the transmission is acting up only to find we had no coverage. First they told me there was no record of any warranty bought, if I couldn't prove I had ever bought a warranty I had none. Of course I did, only to find out the seven years goes back to the original owners first time they drove it. At the end of the day I felt like I bought an over priced warranty that only doubled what already came with the car. When time to use it they tried everything to not even acknowledge the warranty and ended up not covering anything. only owned the car four years and only put on 40k miles. Charged us $1800 and had no desire to even try to make this right with us. Brian Jacobs

2nd experience

So this was a return visit and again the service was excellent. I liked that they took the time right out of the gate to find out what was important to me as a buyer. I also liked that their prices are upfront and competitive they really stand out against local competition. I didn't know the would be able to impress me even more the second time. Everymember of the sales staff was great from the receptionist Josie to to Carter and Schuyler and the detailers. I was so surprised to see how they listened to my 8 year olds input and keen observations and did right by both of us again. I like that this dealer came recommended by a friend and that I feel that they honor that in the way they go above and beyond to treat their customers as friends.

Worth the trip

We drove from Lacrosse, Wisconsin area and it was worth the drive. John M. Was very pleasant, easy to talk to and easy to work with. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles we test drove and helped us find the vehicle that was the best fit for us.
