I was under of the assumption that toyota car care was 3

I was under of the assumption that toyota car care was 3 year 30,000 miles. I was suprised with a charge for something I thought was covered 100%. $116.00 I didn't realize I was going to have to pay. YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ASSUME. This is the exact reason I bought my car from STREET TOYOTA IN AMARILLO. I have tried and tried to buy a car from gene messer toyota two different times and I always leave frustrated. Should I feel that way when I'm the customer?
