I called and asked for same day appointment and the person I think Gina was her name was very nice , she accomodated my needs which is awesome! Stephanie helped me during service registration and she was very nice and friendly too! The technician who serviced my car N Rubalcaeo did a good job also ! You all rock!

Check engine light, new tires
Extremely satisfied with my overall service received. Took my car to get serviced for engine and traction light. Not only did they fix the problem, they worked with me on a great deal for tires and an alignment. All employees encountered were super helpful and went above and beyond, even offering my car to be delivered to me due to me being in labor at the time my car was ready. Definitely would recommend Gene Messer Toyota!!

Why a private shop is better
Needed my TPMS system reset with brand new, OEM sensors I had bought and had installed. The tire shop that installed the sensors had difficulty getting them to register with their scanning tool. Figured the dealership would have the proper scan equipment, and since they were pre-programmed OEM sensors, it would be a simple process. Took it in and was informed that they would have to remove all five tires (incl. spare) and scan a barcode on each sensor. It's be 2 hours and at least $200. I figured that if it was that involved, I'd rather give my money to a neighbor that owns his own shop. Took it to him. They used their scanning tool and had the system reset and good to go in 15 minutes. No tire removal necessary. I think it's odd that a dealer couldn't do what my friends small shop could do. Try a private shop if you have TPMS issues before going here.

Good experience

Oil change
I went to get my oil change at Gene messer for the first time by making an appointment and was given a one hour service time estimate which they promptly met. Unfortunately during that hour a mishap occurred with my car and by the time I was able to report it the service manger was gone for the day. However, the following day Mr.Broderick promptly called me back in the morning and was very polite and apologetic and we came to a mutal agreement about the situation. He was very reasonable and I I really appreciate the honesty and service I encountered here and would recommend this place to any one looking for affordable and honest people who will promptly and efficently get you car repairs done.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I tell others to go here. I don’t go back to service departments that I don’t like. One of my hobbies is rating service departments and I have been to a lot of bad ones in almost every car line. This one is one of the best and it is obvious that they are trying to keep it up.
