These people are great.

These people are great. The nice lady helped recover my warranty payment from a 3rd party warranty insurance. Highly recommend the setvice department. They kept me up to date on each process.

We had an appointment with this dealership to have the oil changed on a Grand Highlander that was purchased there. It took them 3 hours and I still don’t think that they changed the oil. Can’t be verified. I called the service department 3 times and was put on an indefinite hold, each time, while “they consulted with the manager/technicians” . Finally they put me in touch with someone who could only say “ they were swamped “. Time is our most important commodity! We can’t go to a “Dealership “ and get more! However we can go to a better Dealership to get our next Toyota! Boltons can change the oil from now on…

Adam, the service writer was very professional.

Adam, the service writer was very professional. He set up all work being done, and make videos of work, and scheduled for new key fob activation. They took care of missing or broken parts and did a complete service!

I received the best customer service here. Tyler and Joe were fantastic. Tyler was not at all concerned about selling when he came to talk to me at the beginning. We let him know we were just looking. He did not pressure us in anyway, which is refreshing for a dealership. Joe was fantastic in financing, he finalized everything for us and made it a great experience. Thank you gentlemen! We appreciate both of you!
