Set an appointment day before it was never turned in. Then I waited over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

I was not greeted upon my arrival .

I was not greeted upon my arrival . I entered the car port area, waited a few minutes, and not one person said “hello, we will be with you shortly”. I went into the facility to ask for the manager, and was pointed to a woman in the area in which my car was parked who was a part of the team that had not addressed me upon my arrival. While leaving my state inspection paperwork was not in my car, and the new sticker with the next oil change information was not on my windshield. I was very disappointed at my treatment.

They got my car serviced very quickly, however the attitude of many of the workers were very poor and looked like they didn’t want to talk to me.
