Adam and the team saved me and made a tremendous

Colby W went above and beyond to help me out (40 yr loyal Toyota owner) with a spare tire. I messed up tool but he quickly helped me with spare and got me going quickly. Great job.

The service advisors always in a good mood and the customer service is great. The Toyota store is very beautiful very clean. having that coffee bar is great getting a good coffee.

went in person to check on an oil change. David Kirkham was first to great me and ask what I needed, very helpful and set me up for a next day oil change. The next day, I was early and Adam Baugher was the first of any to say hi and asked how he could help. Adam was amazing , answered all of my questions and gave me even more info on my car which I had just bought from Carmax..Adam was kind, polite , attentive and a great customer care person. As a senior, he treated me like a real person, and understood all of my questions. Absolutely great customer service. I had a bad experience with GM service dept in 2001 and never went back for 24 years. Adam changed all that with his professionalism and kind treatment....Good Job and I thank u, moira holland ..only complaint is to remind seniors of a possible coupon online!!! every bit helps!!
