Great job, looks like new. Would recommend without reservation friendly knowledgeable willing to answe my questions. They went out of their way to coordinate between an accident assessor, myself and insurance company.

Excellent customer service & easy.

Phillip Jansen did an excellent job taking care of everything I needed. I highly recommend Frank Brown! The sales Mgr he dealt with was quick to secure the deal.

Went in without an appt, got my oil change and replaced the bushings to my sway bar quickly! My vehicle was ready to go by the next morning.

Hour and 15 minutes to do oil change and tire rotation???

Had a 7am appointment for the initial oil change and tire rotation on my 2018 3500 Denali. While it was there the service department decided to take care of a recall that required a flash of system without asking me. I’ve never waited that long for an oil change and rotation where. Made me late for work. Will not be back to this dealer and concretes my decision to buy in Amarillo and not here.

Very Helpful

They are very nice and helpful. They took us to a business and picked us up when the car was finished. They also gave me an estimate on repairing a light that had been damaged.

Lackadaisical staff

At the forefront of innovative and relevant customer service, I can assure you Frank Brown Honda is comfortably seated as far as possible. I’ve never met such arrogant non-accommodating groups of quasi-professionals in my life. That being said, unless absolutely worst case senario were to happen, my tires will never touch that lost cause of a dealership.

Service was quick and reliable. They addressed recall issues. Ronnie went above and beyond to get tail light repaired. General oil change and tire rotation was quick.
