Well my Mom was initially unhappy with the car the car she initially bought but Juan Franco did an AMAZING job he even came in on his DAY OFF , too make sure my Mom was happy really happy with their above and beyond customer service. Give Juan a raise. Brenda the financier was also very GOOD. I would definitely purchase a car in the future for them.

My truck battery died and could get it to come one , I called the service department and advise them that I having AAA tow the truck to dealership, the the service adviser claimed that would not be able to work on it until next week even though it was an emergency So next Thursday I bring the truck in and talk to the advisor Edgar about my issues including my key fob that I have ordered Asked me if I replace the battery Bottom line when I pick up the truck The new key fab wasn’t replaced Just changed the battery and reprogrammed the key and was charged for labor non the key fob and diagnostic Even though I have extended warranty When I went home the key the same key fob didn’t work and I had to bring it again for them to replace to original one I ordered If this kind of service going to continue to happen I will not bring my truck there or purchase any vehicle even though my truck was purchased at the dealers So. does I guess it doesn’t matter

Very friendly phonr staff when making an appointment for a part recall item. Several friendly reminder phone calls for the scheduled appointment. Arrived a little before my appointment time, but had too wait approximately 20 minutes as there was only one service writer. Then was told the truck would not be done till late afternoon. When setting up the appointment I was made to believe it was a fairly quick job and I had planned to wait on site for it. All the staff I had contact with was extremely friendly and courteous. I would use this dealer/service again if I needed too with no hesitation.
