All i can say is Howard Nash made the difference when talking to him on the phone when i was looking for a new Durango . I had called at least 4 other dealerships and talked with their salespersons most of them where bait and switch they would say yes they had it then when I would call back later would tell me know but had something close. Howard was very straight treated me with respect and always called me back, didn't try to sell me something i didn't want . He was the main reason i drove from Gilroy 1hr and 30 mins to Turlock dodge and drove away in my new Durango, The sale manger as well as the finance manager treated me exceptional well But cannot say enough positive words about Howard if it where not from him i never would have driven so far i have purchased many new cars and truck and always purchased locally never ever would had done this if it had not Been for Howard and his fantastic customer service and respect very few people now days know what that is Thank You Howard

Harrassed by the staff including Howie with an obnoxious phone call. Also SM Erdy dialed me like 10 times in a row and left no voicemail. crazy people don't go there. hard pulled my credit with no pay plan offered even though they said they'd work with me with like a 610 credit score and i could train in a tesla model x 2020 with like 60k miles on it.

We purchased car on July 8-2025 Would not recommend this dealership. The device and will not keep their words on anything. We were supposed to get a price adjustment to finance company and still waiting after 3 weeks. After asking numerous times they says they had more important xxxx to do and that I was annoying them for asking why I was not done.
