Vehicle has been on lot since June 24th, today is August 2nd. Work has not yet began to repair. Talked to numerous individuals each blaming each other and all blaming claims, claims says they have received "BLANK" documents and nothing until July 17th One upper management says he promised a call back "tomorrow" from the general manager, our phone conversation was July 21st, still nothing. Now dealership says claims has put a hold on our "lifetime warranty", claims knows nothing about any hold. This is the 2nd-3rd time these similar situations have occurred with this dealership. They must smoke there, because they sure like blowing smoke up our @#$ !!!!

This place is the worst!
This place is the worst!!! I am so mad. We took our car in for a recall just a couple of days ago. They said they fixed the recall but my car was leaking fluids and hoses were bad and need to be replaced but seen nothing leaking as my husband looks at the engine often. Now all of a sudden the web go to start the car literally like 3 days after service and car does not start at all!!!! We took battery out and had it tested and battery is 100% good. We even had a warranty on battery and got a new one switched just to be 100% sure and still nothing at all!! This is the 2nd time we have came here and stuff has happened after the service! Last time we had to bring back like 3 times to get fixed. All this because of a recall the car was literally working perfect before we took it in and now does not run at all!!!! We trusted u guys again and this is the outcome. Now are you guys even going to fix the problem or just leave us without a car??? My husband has to miss work tommorrow and I do as well to figure this out. This service has been a headache and I honestly expected way more from a huge dealership like this.

No customer service, No call back!!! No caring at
Worst experience with a dealership I have ever had anywhere! Never would I recommend this Turlock Dodge,Chrysler,Jeep dealership to any friend, family or enemy!! You need something repaired here...run as quick as you can to the Modesto/ or Merced dealership...Our Dodge Laramie truck has been at this Turlock Dodge dealership for over a month now. It is a 2018 and started leaking oil in the upper cam, called the dealership and they gave us a appt that's a week away. Told us to drive our truck anyways... just keep checking the oil. We'll the day before our appt our truck engine seized up on a busy road...had to call a tow truck to bring into the dealership. We only have the one vehicle and they offered us nothing to drive while they kept our truck! Not a loaner car or a bike... nothing! Your tough luck you purchased your truck in Turlock! I'm disabled and cannot walk to the store or Dr. My husband has called to talk to Raymond who they call a "advisor" who never calls you...or returns your many messages to advise you of anything!!!! Soo I called Raymond's boss Bobby, told him all the problems we've had with our "advisor" Raymond not advising us at all!!!! Well guess what...I now know who trained Raymond....yep...Bobby. He listened never once apologized...and said it's 1:30 now... I will call the Chrysler Company and get your engine expedited and call you back at 2:30! We'll guess what?? Bobby hasn't called back yet and it's been 4 days! No big surprise though. If you want any calls back to be advised about what's going on with your vehicle ever... Don't bring anyone's vehicle to this dealership, they just don't care about you after you purchase and sign papers!!!!! We are warning all of our friends and family not to bring anything here to be repaired!

Everyone is very nice, helpful and professional. Luis was great and his Manager's seem to provide good support for him as well. We have been unable to come together on a deal as yet, but even if we do or we don't, the experience was pleasant. I even drove up from Fresno and have no regrets. I would recommend Turlock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone who is looking for a good vehicle purchasing experience!

Well my Mom was initially unhappy with the car the car she initially bought but Juan Franco did an AMAZING job he even came in on his DAY OFF , too make sure my Mom was happy really happy with their above and beyond customer service. Give Juan a raise. Brenda the financier was also very GOOD. I would definitely purchase a car in the future for them.
