Enjoy good service while awaited for the vehicle a minimum amount of time. The service rep was courteous attentive it's attentive and responsive responsive to questions. I would recommend this, Dealership for any service needed.

While the mechanical aspect of my experience at Turlock Dodge was acceptable, the customer service was lacking. In past visits, I have been happy with the shuttle to a local shopping area within five minutes drive, to wait while my truck is serviced. This time I was told that service was no longer available due to Covid. So instead, I sat for two hours in a room with several strangers. Hopefully, they didn’t have Covid! When my truck was done, I was told it couldn’t be washed-again because of Covid? The excuse of Covid for these services to be denied is unacceptable! It is more like laziness and a decline in customer service. When I take my Lincoln for service, someone drives me home, or wherever I need to go, in my vehicle and my car is washed when I pick it up. No Covid excuses at Lincoln dealership, just great customer service! In addition to all this, I had to pull over on the freeway to properly close my truck hood! I doubt I will be returning to Turlock Dodge any time soon.

Service short change on services
Never got the tire rotation which I paid. I have taken my Dodge Charger to this dealership 4 times for oil changes. The last two times I paid for tire rotation and I started to suspect they were not rotating it. So I chalked marked the RF and RR wheels on this oil change 5/1/2021. The dealer kept the car vehicle for 3 1/2 hrs had 10:15am appt. when I got my car I checked the wheels and guess what they never rotated the tires. I pointed out to Daniel Dio (Service Advisor) he told me will talk to his service mgr. Kind of sucks that you take your car to a dealership and they don't do all the services you paid for. Now I have to take the vehicle to a tire shop to get it rotated. Steer clear from this dealership. It shouldn't take 3 1/2 for oil changes with appt and apparently they didn't get the time to rotate the tires. see the pics for the service order, and chalk marking on the wheels.

I spoke to our service writer; I was informed that all four tires were marked with a white chalk, which would make it difficult to conclude that tires were not rotated. from a customer's prospective, I understand your frustration for waiting a longer than usual as we are limited staff on Saturdays.
