GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Michael in the service dept went above and beyond to notify me of recall service due and made the process of dropping off my car and accommodation of shuttle services seamless and flawless and is much appreciated! Thank you for taking care of your customers Michael!

I bought my Toyota in another state, but I use Toyota of Midland for service because since 2010 they have serviced my Mom's Prius. They are fair, efficient, and friendly. I drive two hours to take my new 2020 Highlander to them when there are other dealers closer to my home. Nowadays having a dealer that has proven to be trustworthy is paramount to me.

Pricing switch

This was our second time to buy a vehicle from Toyota of Midland and had it not been for them having the vehicle we were looking for we would have gone somewhere else. To start no one was wearing a mask within the building unless they were dealing directly with us, very concerning, we test drove a vehicle and the process with the saleswoman was great. We left the dealership with an offer and when we looked at the car online their price was $5000 cheaper online and they would not honor the price. They did try and get as low as they could but were still a few thousand away from the online price. BEWARE they will not honor the price even after the Finance Manager said they MUST honor online pricing. The finance manage was nice as well but very aggressive towards the lending bank and was very frustrated the entire time in his office, while it was towards us it made us feel very uncomfortable. We ultimately bought the car but was very disappointed with the entire experience.

Always a good experience. Staff is pleasant and professional. The assistant service manager knew exactly what I needed and advised me where I could save on upcoming service. I look forward to a long relationship with Midland Toyota.

Service call

Went in for oil change. I was in and out in 15 minutes. People were friendly and helpful. Price was fair. Overall it was a good experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I’ve bought my fair share of cars in my life and my experience with Jordan was by far the best! His knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in is fantastic - made me so much more comfortable with my vehicle decision. Plus, his enthusiasm for my final choice of vehicle - I’ve never seen a salesman get so excited about a customer’s purchase. I will return to this dealership and Jordan for my next purchase.
