Good service

Went in to look at used cars and our salesperson who was fairly new was patient and listened when I told him what I was looking for. I appreciate that. Service was good and the people were feiendly

We received a letter for a recall on the Tacoma. I made an appointment took it in they fixed it while I waited. They came by several times to. See if I needed anything and to let me know when the truck would’ve ready.

Jordan did a great job helping me get in my née Tundra. In the midst of everything that has been going on the last year, Jordan worked with me and helped me find the perfect truck that fit my budget and fit what I needed and wanted in a truck. I live in DFW, so this was done pretty much exclusively virtual. When the deal got done, we met half way and picked up my truck and the took my trade. Very easy and straight forward!

Great experience!

Went in to purchase a new car. Though inventory was low they were still able to get me exactly what I wanted and was here in a few weeks. My salesman kept me updated through the process of getting it here and answered any questions I had. The purchase process was very easy and they got everything where I needed it to be finance wise. Have been buying from Toyota of Midland for years and would go back for sure. Had a great buying experience!

New tire and oil change

Sun roof problem.

My moon roof on my 2014 tundra wont close. Took it into to get looked at. Needed it to be closed due to rainy weather. Instead of manually closing it, toyota of Midland said the only way they could do anything is if I replaced the enitre moon roof for $4500.00. I refuse to pay such and outrages price for a simple fix that they arent willing to do. Didn’t even offer to help me at all past buying the expensive repair. They said they couldn’t force close it, which is complete bs if anyone knows anything about moon roofs. This dealership would rather rip you off than provide quality customer service on a minor issue. I am very busy person and dont always have the time to fix things, like in this instance. I guess i will have to rip out the motor to disengage the sun roof so that i can then manually close it. Sad it came to this, but this is just my 2 cents on toyota of Midland. Do not take your vehicles here if you are paying out of pocket for repairs.

the dashboard light for maintenance service had been on...

the dashboard light for maintenance service had been on for weeks and I trusted its accuracy telling me it was time for an oil change. But the service rep Andrew caught that i have another 5,000 miles before the "recommended" oil change (10,000 miles between service vs. standard 3.000 miles). Honesty is the best policy, and I appreciate it. I will be back.
