My EV6 needed 2 service calls during the week due to the 12 volt battery not having sufficient charge to start. Quickly started after connection to charger. Suspecting a bad battery, I took the car in Saturday morning ans was first in line. Ricardo was my service rep. Despite not having an appointment, the battery was replaced under warranty and a SW fix was installed in 2 hours. The car was also washed and the tires checked w/o charge. I am very happy with Ricardo and the service department.

Worst service department ever.
Worst service department ever. Zero stars! I dropped my car off on Sunday after hours, filled out the envelope and dropped the key into the secure drop as instructed by Andrew. By Wednesday I hadn’t heard from them so I called to check in and his response was “uhh we dont’t have your car”. After a day going back and forth and having to wait for someone to be able to review the security camera footage they “found it” and it was in the back of the lot. A technician “forgot he moved it”. What a joke this place is! Treated me as if I was lying about dropping it off in the first place. Terrible customer service. Never again!
