I am in the market for a Dodge Ram 2500, the sales person couldn't tell me a single thing about the vehicle except the obvious aesthetic features. He couldn't tell me the towing capacity, miles per gallon on gas versus diesel, pretty much he didn't know anything about the truck. He wanted to appraise our current truck for a trade in yet he hadn't even shown us a truck we liked. We were the ones going on the website showing him his own inventory asking to see vehicles instead of the other way around. We wasted an hour and a half at that dealership and we were no closer to buying a truck than if we stayed home. HUGE disappointment. I mind as well buy my vehicle out of town like most people in El Paso.
I took my Challenger in for a LED light and 11 day
11 days to replace a LED light. No communication or phone call. Never again. Worst service ever. The LED light went out after less than a year old. Terrible customer experience.
Sold me a void extended warranty. Cost me $10,000
They sold me a void extended warranty. I bought a car from them June 2017 and 4 months later the engine went out with no prior warning. All of a sudden their customer service declined. After over a month of paying for rental cars out of pocket they gave me a bogus diagnosis because they don't know much about boxer engines and they handed me a parts invoice for everything under the hood. Turns out when I took my car across the street to Subaru El Paso, the extended warranty adjustor came by and said that they would not cover the repair due to the aftermarket intake, which was on the car at the time of purchase. Why would they sell me a warranty that was automatically no good? I wouldn't have bought this car if they wouldn't have sold me the bad warranty and it would have saved me $10,000 for a complete engine rebuild and various repair costs.
I dont recomend buying from here... I was promised (in writing) powered seats they never did and when i confronted them they flat out refused
