I've owned multiple BMWs and have had them serviced in

I've owned multiple BMWs and have had them serviced in multiple countries. This BMW dealership has nice service writers, however the technicians or lack there of truly take away from the joy of ownership of the ultimate driving machine. I make an appointment for my vehicle weeks in advance and even drop it of early. This dealership will only provide a loaner vehicle if you book an appointment about 8 weeks out. I did not recieved a call back or answer to my text from the service writers asking for an update, So 3 days after my appointment I go to the dealership to find my car has not even been looked at. I provided the service bulletin number thats was sent to me by BMW that states a simple software update to the HUDU is needed for the central display unit and to stop turning off and resetting itself every day sometimes as much as multiple times each drive causing me to loose all navigation. I have owned multiple cars in the past and just returned from Europe where I had been stationed multiple times and used multiple dealerships for my various vehicles that were all under warranty with very few miles. It really pains me to have to give a bad review to the dealership when a simple update and transparency on what is going on could have gone a long way. We are now considering driving to another state to service our car from now on.

Our advisors make every effort to be transparent about current wait times at the time of drop off, as we aim to set realistic expectations from the start. Unfortunately, due to high volume of vehicles in our shop, we may have longer wait times though we understand how frustrating that can be.
