I would give them a 0 stars if that was possible. Let me start by saying my Toyota Sienna keys were stolen at a Sam's Store, filed a Police report and ended with only one key and remote, went to Fox Toyota which is known as Lexus Toyota dealer on I-10. the person that helped me, told me to leave my second set of keys and the remote: the technician was going to reprogram the vehicle, Key and remote to not work with the old code. I left the car for a day, the next day I went to the dealer, the service rep told me that they didn't have the keys or the new remotes I ordered so I left my old remote and key with the understanding that they were going to call me as soon as the new sets arrive at the dealer for pick up. I went two days later and explain it to the service rep that the reprograming was not done correctly because now the car did not make the sound or blink after they had reprogram my key with the new code. The service Tech Told me that once they get the 2 sets I ordered they will need the car and the Key Technician was going to reprogram and verify that all is working correctly. Time went by and I went to the dealer after I did not hear from them over a year and covy-19 issues and they told me they found the order and they will try to locate the keys and remotes to which I told them that the vehicle still needs to be check and reprogram correctly they told me they will call me back in December but again I didn't get a call back, I went to the dealer again on 03/02/2021 and the Service tech told me he will call me. I got no call back and on 03/04/2021 I got a manager call me and said due to the time elapsed they could not do anything and they were very sorry but I got keys that I never received so don't know how my payment was collected but I didn't et the service repair or the keys and remotes ordered but they did take my payment and never gave anything for the payment I did. What an honest Dealership..... Imagine you buy a car and they can just claim they give you a car and you get nothing for your payment this a very sketchy company I would not go there unless you are ok to get taken for a idiot ( Don't do business with a company like this and this is just my experience).

words cant begin to describe how bad this dealership is they scammed my parents who didn't speak English into a 32000 dollar Toyota corolla base model about a year ago with an accident on a Carfax witch they didn't have a clue about because of their horrendous tactics of taking advantage of the Hispanic community I would never recommend this dealership to anybody that wants to buy a car you will get scammed out of your money especially if you are looking for a car these guys are criminals of high level I don't know how they operate or how people around can come in and buy from this place they take advantage of the fullest on people who don't know how the car industry works. Please don't ever shop here if your looking for a car This Dealership honestly burns Toyotas Reputation .

I recently leased a 2021 NX300h from Lexus of El Paso and on the day I was scheduled to receive the car, I was genuinely impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the friendly, polite staff!! I was happily satisfied with my sales associate Gabriel Morales, who displayed a caring, professional manner and was always very prompt, in responding to my questions regarding the NX300h. Gabriel went over and beyond, in order to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. Crystal the Lexus receptionist was very friendly and helpful in getting me familiar with the NX 300h app features. Thanks again Crystal! I just cannot say enough great things about the finance manager Paul Gomez, who provided me with very knowledgeable expert advice, regarding the Lexus leasing program. My overall Lexus experience has been very positive and at this point, I would not hesitate to consider leasing another future Lexus vehicle. I am now a very satisfied new Lexus 300h owner. Thank you Lexus!!

First, very pleased with the sales department with Edwin and my 2021 Tacoma. I would be posting my review to Google reviews but they have halted that service during covid. I am very disappointed with the sales department and the work I've needed. First the new Tacoma's require a toyota app to actually work and download apps to the system. I brought it to the service departments attention and they said that with the new app its not in their ability to help and did not offer work arounds for this problem. They told me to call Toyota customer service. This is some what understandable as its the apps fault but also infuriating as you're the service department and you're selling new systems that have this problem. I expect at the minimum be aware of the problem and work arounds. My second issue is with a manufacturing fault with the tacomas bumper. I brought it in and requested a rental. They said no due to the fact it could be fixed same day. This would be understandable if it was services due to damage I did and or quick services like an oil change, but a manufacturing fault that I can see on other tacomas on the lot. I had to make a decision on waiting or ubering to work and back for a fault on Toyota. Very disappointed in the service department.
