They called to pick up my vehicle because it was ready. When I got there it took 35 minutes to finally get my vehicle. And no one was helpful. We have purchased both Toyotas from here and this is the first time we have had issues. New manager? They didn’t even wash my truck. As for my wife vehicle they always wash hers which was very disappointing

Buying the new car and the trade in process went smoothly. Aaron showed us the available trucks according to what we were looking for.

Service was poor: svc rep left w/o notice, tried to charge me for pre-paid maintenance, two hours waiting, broken car wash w/o blower left water spots on black car, interior windows smudged. Next time I'm going back to Dick Poe.
