The service department was not very helpful today. I had my truck serviced for oil change and tire rotation plus a recall. I left the dealership and my check engine light was still on. I went back and thought they’d forgotten to reset after the service at which time I was told by my service advisor that it would cost me an additional $160 just to check the engine light AND that I’d need to leave my truck AGAIN. I drove to O’Malley’s, they plugged their diagnostic machine in for FREE and told me I needed a gas cap. I won’t be going back to Toyota Fox for service again. I was and continue to be very disappointed.

Today I had my oil change done. The sales rep approached Me and said it was time to get the injectors and engine coolant done. I said only the coolant. When it was time to pay he said the injectors and coolant was done. This made me very upset as it was not cheap. Shame on the sales rep as this could really set someone back that doesn’t have the means.

After 6 years and paying off my vehicle, Toyota still gives the best quality of service my vehicle needs.
