From the moment I entered the premises I was greeted by a wonderful sales staff as well as 3 fantastic sales Mgrs as follows mr Orlando used car Mgr mr George kohoul new car Mgr and mr juda Escobar general manager all were highly soficed in the product in which I was looking for I can strongly state with out cause this is the only 10000 star dealership in elpaso I suggest anyone looking for a car or truck come only to the wonderful dealership of elpaso Honda no place else

You listened to our needs, heard what we were saying, and best of all made it happen - under our budget! If I could give you a million stars for your work, I truly would! Buying a car is a stressful and confusing process and we walked out of there feeling well-informed and happy with our decision. Even though the process took a few hours, we never felt like a number to you two. You always checked in, gave us updates, and most important of all - you were both so honest with the information! This was our second time working with Javier and our first time with Jacob. I can honestly say that we are NEVER going to another dealership because of these two guys! Frauds
They are the WORST ever starting from the general manager who hung up on me and refused to give me a survey to let the customers know how bad they are my car was there 72 hours they didn’t call me once they said my ac was blowing at 32 I took it to 2 other dealers it was blowing at 52 .they lie and try to cover the bad reviews if the gym will hang up on me nobody there is professional.they only lie and defraud the system BE AWARE of these people

Liars, liars
I called and asked if they had the gun metal hatchback civic and the sales men said yes. I gave the sales men my number and asked if he would call me if they sold the car. I get out of work and call and asked if they still had the car and he said yes, so I drive from Van Horn TX to el Paso Honda, and when I arrived the salesmen was not there he went home, so I asked about the car and it was sold early that morning when they opened. I ended up leaving emptied handed. I love Honda but I will never buy anything from this dealership. Rudolph is where I will be buying my Honda from. Honda should shut this dealer down.

Best experience ever!
I was very impressed with the service received when purchasing my daughters Honda Civic, Aaron Gonzalez went above and beyond to provide us with information and a fair price. I have purchased cars from other dealers to include Nissan, Mazda, Chevrolet and KIA but by far this has been the best experience ever. I highly recommend Aaron and Edward.

Buying a spare key
I went to El Paso Honda to buy a spare key for my 2004 Honda Accord. They had the key in stock and I asked that they program the key for me. About twenty minutes later, Fernie, the customer service rep comes to my wife and me and tells me that they're having trouble programming the new key. It's going to cost me $120 for diagnostics to see what the problem is. I initially say ok, but then decide to call my regular mechanic of 17 years who specialized at one time in Hondas. He suggests I get the key and bring it to him to program as he suspects that EP Honda is trying to pad the bill. I tell the customer service rep that I just want the key and I'll take to my mechanic as he can try and program it for significantly less than what EP Honda is going to charge me. He politely reminds me that if my mechanic is unsuccessful, it's going to cost me $180 if I have to bring it back. I acknowledge his concern and take the car and key to my mechanic. Within less than half an hour, my mechanic calls and says the key is programmed and he had no difficulty whats-so-ever. I write this because it is not the first time I have had issues with El Paso Honda and felt that I was being over charged. I hesitated going there for my key, but I figured that it was just a key. It is my opinion that El Paso Honda is at the service of El Paso Honda and the customer's satisfaction is the last thing on their mind. Stay away from this dealership! I will never return!
