I have nothing but good things to say about them!

The guys at Luxury Warehouse in Hendersonville were so easy to work with and were so willing to work with me on price! Made my first car buying experience simple and efficient. Highly recommend everyone check out the cars they have there. Super great experience and awesome customer service!

Best experience ever.

This is hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I test drove, signed papers and left in an hour. Great price and no pressure to buy. Kieth took good care of us. I would highly recommend Luxury Warehouse to anyone.

Best car buying experience ever!

I called to let them know we were on our way to look at a vehicle we had seen online and to make sure it was still available. Upon arriving, Keith greeted us and made us feel so comfortable. Never once was he pushy or "hovering" like other dealerships we had been to. The vehicle was so nice and super clean! We took our time looking at other vehicles they had even though we had pretty much made up our mind about the one we went there for in the first place. We bought an Acura TL two weeks ago and absolutely LOVE it!! Everyone there was so nice and pleasant to work with. Next time we are in need of a vehicle we will definitely come here first.

5 Stars isn't enough!

I have bought at least 20 cars in my lifetime and this was by far the beast experience I have ever had. The process was quick and efficient, and there was no pressure to purchase. Trent puts the word "used car salesman" in a new light...a Good Light"!! I just absolutely love my Nisson Murano! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Hands down the BEST buying experience!!

Buying a new car usually sucks or at least it always has for me. High pressure sales by salesmen swarming like flies on a dead animal. That was until I met Trent Earlie. I first spoke to him on the phone and he was so incredibly nice. We agreed on a time for me to come out and look at an Enclave but my husband couldn't be with me. When I arrived Trent greeted me at the door and said, "You must be Meredith!" He took me out and showed me the vehicle and then said "I know you live a ways away and probably want your husband to look at it and drive it as well. I went ahead and put a dealer plate on there for you. Feel free to drive it and take it home tonight and let me know what you think tomorrow when you come back." WHAT?!?!? WHO DOES THAT?!?! My husband got home that night and was so confused as to why there was a new vehicle in our driveway. When I told him what happened at the dealership he reaction was the same as mine. Upon driving the car that evening we decided we wanted to purchase. We went home and completed their online application process. The next morning Trent sent me a text saying he had received my application and would get to work on it right away. He later sent me a text with all of the details about the loan and said we were good to go. I headed there when I got off work to find he had all of the paperwork ready to go on his desk. 15 minutes and we were done. Such an easy and pain free buying process!! Fast forward a week and I came home to a box of cookies that had been delivered USPS with a note thanking my husband and I for doing business with them. Wow! I'm in sales and am just completely blown away with their friendliness, knowledge and customer service!! Luxury Warehouse has earned a new customer for LIFE! We will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle! Thank you Trent for taking such great care of us! ~ Josh and Meredith Mitchell

Great Place to Do Business With

I called about a vehicle and got great feedback. I went to look at the vehicle,which was a 100 miles away. Trent was outstanding. He answered all my questions and was willing to help in any way possible.Thrir service was great! I bought the vehicle and the paperwork was finished in no time. I would highly recommend their service. They are so polite and are willing to help in any way.I could not have asked for any friendlier service. I love my Tahoe and I am glad I did business with them! Debbye

"BEST" EXPERIENCE Anyone could want Buying a Used Car!!!!!!!

From the moment my wife and i walked on the lot and we told Trent what we were looking for. And until we signed the papers the ENTIRE EXPERIENCE was about was about getting us the vehicle we wanted. With the number of financing options available and, Courteous Professionalism their is no doubt were i will buy my next car from. The entire staff at LUXURY WAREHOUSE made Car buying the way it should be FUN AGAIN............................THANKS GUYS, FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!!!!!!!

One unhappy customer

Bought a 2008 BMW 550i from Keith Hert at the end of November. This car was for my son for his 16th birthday. He and his mother test drive the car, a short test drive because it started raining. Went back a day later a let him drive it again, again another short drive. It was after I got off work and was late in the evening. We smelled something and the low coolant light came on. Went back to the dealership to return the car. Told Keith about the concern I had and that we would go home and talk about it. He stated that another customer had driven the car earlier in the day and emailed him to tell him he would take the car. He stated that since we had driven it the day before and was driving it when he got the email from the interested buyer. We had the right to the car first. After talking with his mom we left a deposit on the car. I went back the next day with a check from the bank for the car. So far so good. Take the car home and put it in the garage. This is a 16 th birthday present for my son who's birthday is in march. Long story short we put about 300 miles on the car in the next 3 months. Every time my wife drove the car she complained it smells like something was burning. So I call Keith to explain the situation, he says Robbie is out of town and he will talk to him when he gets back. So I take the car to the shop to get it checked out. The valve covers are leaking oil badly, and have been. You can not see the oil leak from under the hood. But when it was put on a lift and the aero shields removed from the bottom, the bottom of all the BMW's are covered. Someone attempted to rig the leak at some point, which was just temporary enough to not show up for a while. Called Keith back again to tell him what we found and how much it was going to cost to repair.$2000.00. I check with several shops, including the one they use. Anywhere from $ 1800.00 and up. Ask if the would let me trade the car back or help with the cost. I was told sorry for you issue. But you put over a 1000 miles on the car. I did not make sure the miles on odometer statement was correct, the were of by 769 miles. That is on me.... They made good money on this car, and would not stand behind it.. I have a son that turned 16 on march the 20 th that could drive his new car. Buyers beware.... I have learned a valuable lesson... have someone check out the vehicle before you buy.

Traveled from another state to purchase.

I purchased a great used vehicle at a good price with excellent customer service. Mr. Earlie was willing to negotiate without me feeling any pressure.

An Absolute NO BRAINER for Purchasing a Quality Used Vehicle

I needed a bigger 4-door sedan for transporting my 3.5 year old child - I made one call to Robbie & Trent, assessed what I had relative to what I needed, immediately presented me with multiple options, had (the car I ended up purchasing) ready for a test drive within the hour, and financing options that same evening...Prompt. Professional. Pleased. I challenge anyone else to experience anything other than those three "Ps" when purchasing their next automobile from Luxury Warehouse!!!
